In a recent visit to the Christians Care-Go Health Urgent Care Middletown, De
site, I felt cared for from the welcoming front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor. All were courteous, personable, professional and I had a good sense of sincerity on their part.
I would not hesitate to return.

I came in with an emergency. Jaylen M.helped me into a room quickly and was very professional in his questioning and start of care. Eugene Frances came in prepared to step right in and take charge. He was very kind, caring, pleasant and efficient. I can’t thank these 2 gentleman enough for their kind immediate care and the successful outcome.

First time here and was very impressed from the minute I walked in. Mercy, at the front desk, was kind, Professional and thorough. The facility's Waiting Room was spacious, and everything was spotless. The Nursing Staff and the Doctor that examined me were all very thorough, caring and Professional. I hope I never need their services again but if I do I will definitely be coming back.

Very professional, kind & sincere staff. Patient waiting rooms & general seating areas are clean and service is usually quick. Physicians Assistant take their time and explain patient condition (s) & medicine(s). Just a pleasant experience every time I’ve gone!

Everyone was very nice and professional, the facility was very clean, and the wait time was quick!

I didn't have an appointment, I was a walk-in, and was still in and out in less than 45 minutes - with a solution and antibiotics for my sickness.

Definitely recommend for time when you can't got to your provider because they are closed, but don't exactly need to go to the ER.

Anytime I have needed to come to this clinic, it has been a positive experience. I was able to be seen promptly and treated with care and kindness. All the staff was polite, caring, and professional.

Wait time for my appointment was excellent! The kind receptionist who took my information, the kind & caring medical assistant that took my vitals & the kind , caring and professional NP that saw me during my visit. And, the other sweet staff members who told me to feel better as I was leaving the examination room. I didn’t have an ounce of energy but, they made me smile 😊

Excellent tele visit, nurse was thorough in obtaining all the information for my visit with Dr. Meta. Dr. Meta was receptive to my needs and asked appropriate questions to diagnose my concerns. We communicated freely and he was responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Excellent Visit!

I had a great experience at CCHS Urgent Care. The guy at the desk was kind and professional and the NP was very nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed at all. All of my questions were answered and I was seen as a walk-in pretty quickly.

I was seen quickly the staff was really nice and patient... I got help and after a day of the meds that were prescribed I was feeling more like myself!!! Great great great care. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful facility! Fast,clean and thorough! And make my appointments online and I never have a problem. I love this place more than my doctors office and definitely more than the emergency room highly recommend.!

The wait was short, staff was polite and professional. Medical professionals seemed very knowledgeable and explained things very well.

I was visiting DE from NY and had a shard of glass in my hand and went to ChristianaCare-GoHealth Urgent Care to be seen. Within an hour I was seen and had the glass removed. The staff were very friendly and professionally and I was extremely happy with the medical care I received.

After a failed visit at the ER, I finally got relief at Urgent care... Dr. Janelle and staff were very attentive of my concerns... They actually listened which is rare in the medical system these days... The kindness and professionalism presented was a great relief to me... I had been suffering over a month... I'm now on the road to recovery... I appreciate this staff very much and would definitively recommend this facility...

I was in and out in 45 mins. I had covid and was not well at all. They took me right away. Examined me and prescribed me an antiviral medicine that made me feel much better. They also found that i had a sinus infection on top of covid and prescribed me an antibiotic. They are so professional there. I will definately go back.

I was pleasantly surprised that urgent care not only took appointments but that I was seen at my appointment time. The nurse and NP were compassionate and efficient. My rx was sent promptly over to the pharmacy.

Arrived during week morning hours. Was called back quickly. Doctor diagnosed problem and called in a prescription. Issue gone in several days. Pleasant experience.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we first arrived; the provider was professional, and did a good job of explaining my diagnosis; I was in and out of the clinic very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.

They had me in and out in under 40min for the typical cold symptoms. Everyone was really nice. Nobody wants to sit in a waiting room for hours when you’re sick, this was not the case with GOHealth. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Urgent Care center. The entire visit moved along efficiently, the staff and nurse practitioner were professional and kind, and my diagnosis appears to have been accurate so far. I am following the treatment plan and am feeling better overall. The facility was clean and I could tell that everyone who works there enjoys working there because there was a nice sense of camaraderie among everyone.
