Wendy's

This location is very busy. This location suffered from a lack of workers. The drive-through is backed up.Even the dining service is very slow. The staff is trying their best to accommodate the customers.

I went to use points for a free order of nuggets and it went by smoothly even with a glitching computer. I'll definitely come back to this one for an actual meal... Thanks!

I've never had anything that wasn't what it's supposed to be. The staff is always friendly and polite.
Since they remodeled there lobby is the Beautiful. With the flat screen TV's and the seating you have your choice of traditional booth type seats or untraditional friendly gathering spot.
This is my favorite Wendy's, in the Denver Metro Area.
I can't think of anything that they need to improve on. The Drive Threw is a bit faster then most. It's always been clean everytime I've went there. They have never given me a reason to complain or be upset. The staff is k knowledgeable and appear to be good at what they do!
I would recomend eating at this location. And its right off the hwy.

I've ordered form the drive through at this location a few times now and have never had an issue with my order. Always hot, fresh and just what I expected.

The young lady in the drive thru was incredibly friendly and helpful! I go back to restaurants because of the customer service and fresh food. I went for the chocolate Frosty, so good! With good service, and fresh food, I recommend the location on Central Park Blvd in Denver. My rating is B+

This location is exactly what I've come to expect from Wendy's. Unlike other fastfood places the employees here seem to like and enjoy their jobs, they're not grumpy mad that another customer came in. The manager was very helpful as well and imo went above and beyond to help me using the app. Thank you again

Kaila is a manager she is always smiling she is very helpful always tries to make everyone happy knows almost every customers name. Wow blows my mind after coming in to eat 1 time the next time I came in to eat she remembered my name wow I also heard her calling others by there name and the look on their faces was like mine shocked. Great memory kaila GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ........its nice to go somewhere and feel welcomed

Clean great food and great service and I'm hoping that the staff on duty today at around 2 pm are recognized for going above and beyond what I'm expecting and should be recognized for the outstanding service and food served management material for sure I'd be making sure I treat them employees good and hold on with them.

Food was a bit cooler than I'd prefer. Calm environment, not busy at all. Staff was pleasant and proficient. We dined in and everything was tidy.

Always fast friendly service ❤ even if they're super busy. Food is always great too! Not to mention I'd go the extra few miles to go here when the Wendy's was at the Pilot Truck Stop. They were always too busy to think of having good customer service skills. Wouldn't even get my order right. Then suited my food one my lap. 🤐

Shows the difference between good service and bad. Im a flatbed tow truck driver and getting into drive thru isn't worth the time or effort to get stuck or break something. Lobby was closed due to short staff but were willing to accommodate me.

I really appreciate Angelo Rodriguez and Paola Soto for making my visit today very pleasant with their kindness, fast and friendly service!! It means so much when we encounter such exceptional service!! The restaurant was very clean and to be honest everyone on the line & stations were smiling face as they worked together. Thank You!!

Nothing wrong with anything there. I go there all the time and I'm having a hard time thinking of anything that I have a problem with. One of my favorite places to eat in rifle.

Today, December 1st, 2021, drive thru experience was far better than over a year ago at this Wendy's. "Covid-19". This visit, was super fast & the person taking my order over the speaker was very patient with me. I was getting food for my roommate & I don't know their menu. Then at the window after I paid, while waiting for the food, I realized I had forgotten to order a frosty so I got his attention and asked to order it &, again he was very sweet & patient. By the time he made the frosty, the order was ready. The staff member's name is Sebastian. My very picky roommate said the food was delicious. Fast, efficient, friendly, delicious food, reasonable portions and comparable prices.

The guys here did a great job with the food service. Kind people that get busy especially at it's location. If they're running behind during rush hour, be patient these guys are working hard to provide service. Keep up the great work everybody!
