King Soopers

What are magnificently clean and well organized store! I was surprised at how amazingly clean it was at 11 AM on Sunday but nonetheless they had a great selection and customer service was wonderful. I did try the app to add digital coupons and the self check out had a little bit of trouble connecting to the barcode but customer service was awesome and trying to help me alleviate the situation. Found out curbside is not at this location but at local ones not too far away and uploading the digital coupons to the app and then using curbs, I would probably be the best option and seems to be the simplest.

Donna that works the front end is such a nice and helpful person! If more people were like her then the world would be a much better place. King Soopers is lucky to have her!

Wow. What an amazing group of people work at this store! The couple of butchers were great, the lady’s stocking helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and even came by to make sure I found everything. The janitor sweeping the floors was also very kind, and even as I was putting my bags in my car, the person who collects the carts, came over and even took it from me. I was going to put it back myself but him offering was just the cherry on top! I left feeling happier and everyone’s smiling in there was just so contagious. Amazing team and great job everyone!

Very nice staff, got me an adaptive shopping cart. Almost passed out, but the staff helped me.

I just have to take a moment to acknowledge the sweetest human that works at this King Soopers location.
His name is Jerry, and tonight he was working as a bagger and cart attendant. My children and I had such a long tiring day from driving down to Denver for hours, and then spending the entire day at State Wrestling tournament. It is my sons 9th birthday and I was grabbing a cake to help my son feel special and go to the hotel to celebrate a tiny bit on his special day…
As we were checking out, Jerry and was bagging our groceries and making small talk with my daughters and truly making them smile in their tired state. My son tells him it is his birthday… This sweet man proceeded to purchase every one of my kids a candy bar of their choice from his own pocket and walked us out to our truck like my kids birthday was the best day of the year for him.
I don’t even have the words to express how this kind soul gave some energized happiness to my family tonight but I am so thankful for him!
Employees and humans this good in general are so few and far between in todays world, and I hope this angel receives every blessing he deserves <3
Thank you Jerry and thank you King Soopers for having him in your employment to brighten our day! My kids were telling everyone we met at the hotel pool about this man’s kindness.

I visited a different KS that was poorly stocked, but well guarded. I came across town to go to 29th @Quebec because I am familiar with the store.
There were some upgrades! The store is still full of friendly, helpful people who have no trouble with stopping to help a shopper. The store is clean and well-lit. The managers are very nice to the customers. My current favorite checker is STEVEN, whom I have known now for three years. He always has a smile for me and he gets my silly jokes.

Meisha was my cashier and I am always going to be on the lookout for her line. Absolutely lovely person and so thoughtful. Groceries are a terrible chore and trying to navigate thru the store with all the nonsense in the middle of the aisle (corporate I am looking at you, quit it, makes me dread shopping with you) Luckily you have her to brighten my day and leave feeling less miserable as I was in your aisles. And give her a raise!

This store was very hit & miss the first few years, but has improved immensely. Parking is tight, but there are ample handicap parking spaces. Like all King Soopers, this store is committed to accessibility. If you need help, just ask. Staff are very friendly. Prices are clearly marked, and there is a wide selection of just about anything.

Customer service line was long, with one customer service rep on duty. We considered leaving but she moved the line very quickly. At my turn, Ms Tiffany explained there were a number of call-ins but she appreciated our patience. I said "not a problem". She moved the line so quickly how could I complain

Love this King Soopers Grocery store! It is always so clean and the employees are extremely helpful. It may sound silly to be excited over a grocery store but sometimes other places are less than friendly and the store is kind of messy. This is never the case at my local King Soopers just south of University and Dry Creek. It's always well-stocked and they seem to hire the most personable and helpful individuals. Thanks guys!

Staffs are always helpful, especially in the evening.

I am good with this location, not much of a shoppers though, came here grab couple things and gas then gone. Customer service they are nice and very helpful. This place is non stop with shoppers so busy I only had experienced in the produce and meat department and products are available and fresh.

Every grocery store should offer this to children! What an awesome store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Can be extremely busy but that's because it's the only grocery store near by. Patience is a virtue. Kudos on the healthy and organic treats for kids!

There are a lot of shitty and unfounded reviews on here so you'd think that a lot of assholes shop at this store. Fortunately that's not true and it seems that the few assholes who do shop here are the ones have written reviews. This King Soopers is awesome. They have a great selection of produce, a full cheese station and Boar's Head lunch meat. The staff is friendly enough and things are always in stock. I also feel like I often get good discounts on what I want.

Rachel in the Bakery Dept was very helpful and squeezed in my cake order even though I didn’t know about the 48 hour weekend notice rule. The MLK store wouldn’t even discuss it.
Even better, Rachel created an absolutely beautiful “Military” desert landscape that my son decorated. He was thrilled. Above and beyond service and talent!

Every week I shop your bakery for our Seniors at Balfour-Stapleton. With the quarantine, they look so forward to their donuts on Saturday mornings. 😋 Tonio & Jessica always have our order ready perfectly, timely & beautifully! We are so grateful they serve our Residents, our Veterans and our staff, above & beyond. Thank you for your service!

I'm always happy shopping here. It does get a little crazy on Saturdays and Sundays. Once I went and they were out of some of the produce. Other than that I have always had a good experience at this store.

Door was busy they only had one cashier working so I just use the self checkout line

Thanks to Tiffany Whom took my phone call this morning. Tiffany provided the best customer service i have recieved ever when calling about a product in their store. My call was reguarding All laundry detergent instead of transferring me to grocery like most people do. Tiffany said give me one second and i will go look in the aisle for you. When she came back to the phone she gave me prices etc. It turned my whole attitude around and put a smile on my face, because i had been on hold for 15 or so minutes being transferred around so i had became overly irritated at that point. So when Tiffany got on the phone i got a little snippy and said omg ive been transferred 4 times I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE ALL LAUNDRY DETERGENT!! And Tiffany listened to my problem and apologized for my wait and helped me out and did not be lazy and give me the run around. And also explained what they had prices and explained that their was a sale so they ran out of a lot of other ones.

Good and safe place to stop for grocery. They have a security guard in the front store. Wonderful experience and good location for getting groceries. Thank you.
