Andy, Brax and John, in the Tire Department were Amazing! These kind gentleman make you want to do business, because they go the extra mile and are extremely hard workers. They worked through their lunch break to accommodate me, and helped me discover I had a warranty through my membership. They went above and beyond and their level of service makes me want to go nowhere else but to this Sam’s location for my tire needs as well as for everything else I need. They provide a level of service that is special and rare these days and I am deeply appreciative to see such clean cut and upstanding workers who take pride in what they do, and go the extra mile to make me as a customer feel helped, and appreciated. Also their overall attitude as well as their knowledge of tires was superior to any other experience I’ve had in over 10 years!!! Job Extremely Well Done!!!!

So cool! Mostly bulk items, which is great because its much more reasonable! I also loved saying hi to all the lil kids in the store as well as complimenting the ladies shopping.... makes me smile!

Thank you to Andy and Mike in the tire department who have been super helpful in getting my tires for my Jeep replaced, the whole process was easy and stress free. They were very polite, kind and professional they made it a great experience. I would recommend Sam’s tires to my friends and family.

Walked into the tire center today for a set of tires that I found online for my commercial van. Talked to a guy named Andy who told me I’d be way better off in the long run with something different because of my field of work. This man was very knowledgeable and explained to me the different ways the treads thickness and patterns and different sizes of tires work and assured me that the tires he recommended would help for my payload. I’ll definitely becoming back based on his recommendation. This guy knows what he’s talking about and had me sold! There’s homework to this stuff guys I didn’t know anything about tires I just looked for something in my size. Thanks again Andy!!

I love the staff the male Manager, and the sales associate that were there early morning 8.00 am today 01-22-2024 went above , and beyond to make sure I get everything I need , and conducted on a very friendly manner. Thank you both great Job 👏

Called multiple times to see if they had a specific set of tires in stock. Finally got ahold of the tire center call center (off site help). They said that this location had the stock in the system. So after calling this location 3 times, being hung up on twice and left on hold for 40 minutes I give up. I will be going to discount tire instead.

Edit, Andy reached out immediately and was extremely helpful. Ended up canceling my appointment with discount tire and went with sams. The phone directory is extremely painful (sends you to a call center) but The tire center itself was great and super quick.

I usually go to the Sams on Alameda but coming to this location was a nice change up. They had a few things that were different in variety such as their spices and seasoning. Will definitely make more of an effort to visit this location.

Andy at Sam Club is the best I went to get a tire for my car he was Very very nice and helpful I didn't know anything about what type of tire I needed he made sure that I was leaving the store with the best service and I appreciate that he didn't make me feel stupid about not knowing what to get very respectful and that's the best part of the service nice warm respectful excellent service if I could give him a 100 Starz he would definitely get them because he has excellent customer service 😀 Thank You Andy you are the best and I really appreciate you.please give him a raise you can't really fine help like this it's very rare.

I finally got it. The Rona shot. I got Moderna. I couldn't have picked a better place to get this shot. You have to make an appointment but I made it the same day. Kelly gave me the shot and she was AMAZING. If I ever need any type of shot, I will forever come to her. She was very tender, knowledgeable, sweet and funny. I was very nervous about it and she helped me relax and even made me laugh right before she gave me the shot.
I felt very taken care of and I truly appreciate you, Kelly. Thank you for making this tedious task a pleasant experience!
People, covid shots sucks but if you must, come to Sam's on Quebec!

Today's visit was short. Customer service was pleasant and the store quiet. However, I had an incident with a pick up order a few weeks ago. Just for transparency and to prevent this from happening to anyone else, if you're picking up a curbside order, make sure to : 1). Double check that all of your order belongs to you; 2). Inspect the order thoroughly, and 3). For safety concerns, if your order is accidentally given to the wrong customer and put in their car, I recommend contacting the store immediately, so they can replace the item. Do not accept any food item put in someone else's vehicle and If anything happens, definitely leave a review. Management, reaches out immediately.

I've not had many problems with Sam's, but if anything changes, I'll update. Happy shopping!

Update 8/22/23:
My experience with online ordering and pick up has been extremely good. Easy, convenient and fast. When I pick up my items, I'm truly satisfied. The ladies who come out are extraordinary --they pick up, bend over, put product in the vehicle, and walk away with a smile. I encourage management to provide resources to prevent injuries from the repetitive movements. Also, they should be allowed to accept tips! Definitely, worthy of an expression of gratitude and certainly, praise. The guys are good too, especially since my last mishap!

If I could give more stars I would. I would like to thank management and employees for maintaining a seamless transition, from ordering to pick up.

Sam's club has always been a good place for me to buy bulk and get more for my hard earned dollars. I've been a member since my early twenties. I had a minor gap or two but I've managed the past 15 years without a gap.

Sam's club is a major help when it comes to supplying my family inventory with goods at an affordable price. Nothing is for free besides the samples but I respect that.

Members mark products are on-point and very much compatible with brand-name products. The snacks are a good size. The pizza slices are New York style. The membership is a decent price in comparison to what's offered.

I dislike the new membership cards. They removed the photo part and it looks generic. But overall, this location is good for business.

I had a steaming battery when I drove in.. Kristoffer was professional courteous and willing to go the extra mile. He looked through and got me a better battery. He even looked at tires for me.

Thank you to andy and the tire team for squeezing me in last minute for a flat repair. Great staff keep up the good work.

Love coming here to stack up on food and snacks for my kids.. They litteraly have a lot of different stuff from like cloths, tools, kitchen stuff, liquor, outdoor stuff and toys for kids.. Love it especially when you get to taste the free food samples they hand out lol

Michael was great with helping me with my tires didn't charge or hesitate to help me even though he has an oxygen tank

I went to Sams Club the other day and i got so much help from one of the managers there! Tbh they deserve a promotion or a raise in my opinion, there customer service was so on point, She answered my questions without me asking any questions! Sams club needs to hire more Managers like Erica 😁
