Dunkin'

I stop by here every now and then because it's so convenient, and never have a bad experience. Recently just went through the drive thru for some sandwiches and donuts.

The bacon egg and cheese bagels were made fresh and were hot. I enjoyed the bacon flavor and the bagels were soft.

The jelly donuts were definitely fresh, really great late lunch treat.

Staff is speedy considering most things are made to order, and they are always friendly to me and my wife.

Interior is clean, I think this location gets most of its traffic through the drive thru, so you're likely to find a booth if you want to get out of the car.

I've never met a rude employee here, it is extremely rare for anything in my order to be messed up, (on par with Starbucks, deffinitly better than the average dunkin track record)
It's always clean and well lit, plenty of parking and room to sit inside with a serviceable drive through lane.
Last time I was there the employee at the register very courteously and kindly dealt with a difficult customer.

They deffinitly do everything they can there to make your coffee ritual meet or exceed acceptable standards.
Highly recomend.
Please tip the staff, I don't want to lose this asset.

There are a lot of bad reviews for this location which surprises me; we ordered like 15 items and were in and out within 5 minutes of pulling in, mind you there was a moderately sized line. We did not need to repeat our order either. It was made correctly and, in terms of fast food, was pretty good.

I live close to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I have been coming here for nearly a decade. It was a decent place, once.

Plain and simple, this place has turned into a dump! Service is the worst. The new owners are the worst. It started when they dropped the Baskin Robbin’s ice cream.

Friends, avoid this Sunken Donut shop at all cost.

They just do not care about customer service anymore.

I went there today. I went inside to the counter and the staff never acknowledge me at the counter. I am 6’2” and a big guy. The manger even walked by and did not even glance over. For nearly 10 minutes!

It was like they just shut down service.

There is a Dunken Donuts just few miles north on RT 355 which is a 1000’s times better in Urbanna.

BTW, I seldom write reviews. I am not angry. I just want to save others the trouble and time of coming to the Hyattsville Dunken Donuts .

Friendly service and the expected food and drink options.

Nice place tucked away. Has a drive thru which was a pleasant surprise. Very pleasant staff the coffee was very fresh and my ice cream was just great and the pricing seemed to be a dollar less than I have paid for a pint at other locations. Definitely will visit again.

Great staff who provide the best customer service. Coffee is always fresh and doughnuts are delicious. Manager has done an excellent job. Also, never a long wait in line!

Mornings are better with hot coffee, something to eat, and a friendly face at the drive-through window to fill your order. That is what you get every time you order at my local Dunkin'!

My daughter and I just went to this Dunkin’. They were so kind to me and particularly to my daughter. They made her day. The customer service is top-notch!

absolutely love so many of their coffee products and the donuts, but when it comes to the baked sandwich they are even better. Customer service is excellent and I will suggest this location to everyone.

Been here many times but the last two experiences I’ve had are the reason I decided to write a review.
A gentleman there that goes by Elliott has helped my the last two times I’ve came in. Both times I was beyond impressed with his service and friendliness.

The Monday-Friday Staff here are always Perfect! Roxanna alwaysb greets me with a smile, and the service is fast and correct every time.

Maira and leyla have excellent customer service and are very quick, best Dunkin in the area!
