McDonald's

I never review a McD. This is the best one in the greater Grand Rapids area. Maybe it was a fluke, but ordered off the kiosk. We sat down. Food was brought out to our table within 5 minutes by a friendly teen. Our fries were fresh and hot. Burgers made how we selected when ordering. Place was clean. They were playing good jams. I had to review. Wish this was the McD closer to me!! Ours is horrible!

Fresh hot fry’s off the fryer so yummy in my tummy salted to perfection left my lips all greasy and delicious thanks for the free lip gloss💅🏻🫶🏻

I'll have one "your" job, please. You do'nt sabotage and tamper with peoples orders. That's a no-no

We got ice cream and 2 cups for our doggies, and cones, and we really enjoyed it!

Food was great, bathroom could have been more clean but other then that is was good

Got thru the drive thru quickly, everything was accurate

We came in at noon with 2 bus loads of 5th graders, every order was correct and we were astonished by the speed that everyone received their food.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Hudsonville
McDonald's location on the evening of May 22, 2023, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the quality of the food. As a result, I would like to change my previous rating from 3 stars to a well-deserved 5-star review.

First and foremost, I want to commend the staff for their exceptional service. Despite placing an order for a large group, the McDonald's team members handled our request flawlessly. We utilized the McDonald's app to place our order and conveniently parked in spot #4, eagerly awaiting our food.

To our delight, the order was prepared perfectly. Each item was fresh and delicious, just as we had hoped. However, what truly stood out was the dedication of the McDonald's team member who personally delivered our order to our vehicle. Despite the numerous trips required to accommodate our large group, they did so with a friendly smile and a willingness to ensure our satisfaction.

The efficiency and attentiveness displayed by the staff at the Hudsonville McDonald's were truly commendable. They took the time to ensure that our order was accurate, hot, and ready to enjoy. Their commitment to providing excellent service left a lasting impression on our entire group.

Furthermore, I appreciate the convenience of the McDonald's app, which made ordering and paying a breeze. It streamlined the process and allowed us to focus on enjoying our time together rather than worrying about the logistics of placing a large order.

The night time shift manager, Sam, is awesome. He maintains a professional attitude and works hard to satisfy his customers. He is always courteous to the guests. He also tries hard to make up for the lack of some of the other employees who can be quite rude and immature.

Huge shout out to the crew working tonight. We hit the drive through after working all day and thankfully they were still open! The girl on the intercom was super friendly, and very accommodating! The guys who made our food and gave it to us were very polite and the food was HOT and did I mention I even got a Mc Flurry at 10:45pm! Outstanding customer service. And they all were even following mask & glove guidelines. Thanks again!!!

I am a trucker and getting loaded at a customer less than a mile from the restaurant. A kind lady sheriff helped me as well. I went inside and advised of my being a trucker and that I walked. The manager came to me and took my order and food was made fresh for me. To top it off, he double bagged my food to keep the food warm on my walk back to my truck. Awesome place!

They were understaffed, but an unscheduled staff member came in to help with the Sunday evening rush! Excellent way to work together under pressure! I was impressed! Our food was all excellent... up to McDonald's standards, as usual at this Hudsonville location!!

Stopped here on my way back from GR. If I could rate THIS McDonalds a million, I would . The staff is amazing. A younger group, n they were all so friendly. Food was hot. Best

Well they were letting us walk in the building to order and pick up food so being a essential over the road trucker at least I didn't have to stand out in the cold and wait for my food like in the past or not eat at all because you can't walk through the drive through as its deemed unsafe !
Makes good Covid sense you can walk in a big box store touch everything and walk out but you can't walk in McDonald's and touch nothing and get a bag of food and walk out ! Is something wrong with this logic ?

So we had a good visit. Tried the kiosk to order and managed although not as easy if you want to specialize, better to go to the counter to order. Dining room clean and food brought right out to us in short order.

This McDonald's has the fastest service and friendly employees. Even if there is a drive thru line, it moves quickly. Whoever runs this McDonald's does a great job!
