Chad is awesome! We were blessed to have him and Clay help us with a compound bow, for our daughter Claudia. They set it up and adjusted it several times. Chad even gave her lots of helpful tips and helped her practice with it. They gave 110%! Thank you guys! We highly recommend this store!

Went there for hiking boots. Selection was mediocre; however Dillion in the footwear section was super knowledgeable and patient with me while trying on pairs. He had great insights and very friendly as I worked through the options. Cashier checkout lady was also very friendly. I like the store and prices were decent. I’d recommend the place if you’re looking for boots (cowboy or hunting styles). Thanks Dillion.

I visited this store about 2:00 in the afternoon on a weekday. The store was clean and for the most part orderly and the bathrooms were very well maintained. I thought they had a good selection on fishing poles and a great lure selection. I also found that the price on the fishing products were reasonable. I enjoyed everything with the exception of one problem that I ran into. They allow customers to bring dogs into the store and then the dog owners will let their dogs rub all over you. I wish they would change this rule but other than that everything was great.

I found a much needed sun hat at a good price. Was mistakenly charged double for my other item. Oh well, caca orrurs. I caught it before leaving the store and was back on my way out the door within 3 minutes, Even though the cashier had taken her break.
Credit posted at the same time my charge did, so all is well.
The folks there are very knowledgeable and helpful.

A very impressive and quite breathtaking Labor Day weekend display here at Cabela's Outpost, next door to Costco and across the way from Riverwatch Cinemas here in Augusta. I felt compelled to share a little here...

My husband and I brought our toddler on a Monday night to see Santa. It was fantastic! I want to specifically commend a young elf named Tony. Because the crowd was non-existent there wasn't much for the elves and Santa to do. They could have easily ignored my daughter, but instead Tony gave her so much of his attention. He helped her "mail" her letter to Santa. He showed her the cool toys in the aisle and never once seemed annoyed or tried to rush her. He was patient and kind and let her take the lead of what she wanted to do. And when it was time for us to leave but my daughter just HAD to finish coloring her picture for Santa he picked up a crayon and asked if he could help. He colored only where she told him to ans used the colors she handed him. He even walked her over to Santa twice so that she could 1. Tell him she sent him a postcard and 2. Give him the picture she colored. Santa was fantastic as well. He was patient with my daughter who at first was unsure of him, and then patiently walked around his "village" as she pointed out all of the presents and different decorations laying around. This is the second time we've come to Cabela's for a Santa visit, and it won't be our last!

I went and bought me a really nice Glendale archery target yesterday the store is really nice has mostly anything that you need to do with archery firearms whatever you're into with the outdoors really nice place

This is the ultimate place to hunker down. Don't care if it is Demons/Zombies, or Aliens. Set up a lawn chair on the roof and pick them off.

Great selection of all things outdoors! From snacks, drinks, clothes, shoes, and equipment, it's all here! Soo much to choose from. The staff was very helpful and truthful with opinions. That's what's needed when you can't decide instead of just trying to make a sale. I went in for a belt and ended up with a duck call, too. 😳

This place really made my month! I took my 7 week old for pics with Santa and everyone was so friendly. It was such an enjoyable experience. The staff were all so helpful and friendly! Also! THE BEST SANTA, E V E R!!

As a fisherman, Bass Pro is better now. And although I can't afford one, I love the new section with the bass boats. Once they get the huge aquarium, the transformation will be complete. All of us fishermen will have it stocked the first weekend!

Walked in to buy a pair of sunglasses as a gift and walked away with two with all accessories. Colby is one of their associates who helps us and genuinely cared about educating us on the best pair and exactly what we were looking for. He gave us such an AMAZING experience! I will definitely be coming back just to buy from him. Such a great shopping experience. Best shop in town thanks to Colby. The man needs a raise!
