JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Great shopping day. I do multiple crafts so when there’s a sale that includes fabric, yarn, thread, etc. this saves me time and money. The store’s stock on hand has improved!! I did not have to shop online with additional shipping costs.

I shop at JoAnns often. Today in Lafayette there was a young lady working that I hadn’t seen before. Sorry I didn’t get her name but this young lady knows her customer service skills. She was polite, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Cashier, 831210.

This place is absolutely great. I practically live at the Lafayette location. Everyone working there has been super helpful and so sweet. For people upset about staff being rude, I've never had that experience. They can get REAL busy but if you need help they will definitely help you when it's your turn. They can't push everyone else out the way to be your own personal shopper but they will actually walk along side, help and answer questions when they've helped everyone that was there before you. They are knowledgeable and more than happy to give advice and suggestions. They also have an app that will show you what is in stock at different locations.

Great selection of embroidery/cross stitching supplies for a newbie like myself! The staff we very friendly, and the cashier who checked us out was extremely personable and took joy in successfully fitting all of our supplies into the sewing basket we purchased. She made my evening :)

LOVE how big of a selection they have for crafts, fabrics, stickers, threads, etc. The only thing I didn't care for was the floral selection.. only 1 aisle to choose from. Staff were very nice & the hours are great for last minute crafts or needs for projects (I'm sure as a parent some of us can relate to our kids waiting last minute to tell us about that project due the next day after eating supper on a week night) 😂 Will always be a returning customer!

The layout is cohesive; similar crafts are next to each other. Everything is always fully stocked. I've never had the problem of not being able to find something unless the item I'm looking for is very specific and they don't carry it. Also, the employees are always so friendly. (They always have coupons online too, I even downloaded their app)

Love the workers and the selection. The sales and coupons are nice too. Just this trip. I saved over 150 dollars. Hubby saved 220 dollars. He starting a new hobby and today was a good day to go.

While the employees may not know my name, they recognize me and greet me with a smile. Even if they don't care about connecting over sewing/quilting... They fake it well enough to make me feel welcome!

Always can use a coupon??? So I can get $200 for a $100... ???? Man I have to stop myself...ill be down the street and turn around....like I know if I dont by it now!!! Tomorrow its gone...knowing they can order some more..

This is one of my favorite craft store to shop, but I wish they would care all sizes and color of Gildan shirts.S,M,L, Xl, 2Xl. Please stop sending your customers to other stores.

Sewing, Arts/Crafts, kids stuff, and a great atmosphere overall... they need more of an in-store sewing accessories setup, but still a fair lil place... the joann's in Lafayette is twice the size of the one in Alex...

The customer service is amazing & their selection is as well. They do not only have fabric, they also have home decor, craft material, & much more. Worth a look, especially when they're having a sale!!!
