Physicians United Urgent Care

When entering the establishment the staff was great upon entering the building. The nice friendly smiles on the 2 young ladies faces let me know we were going to be treated great. The nurse Anyla was great and patient with my daughter making her feel safe and letting her know she was in great hands with the Doctor. The visit went great.

We love Physicians United Urgent Care! Compared to the other urgent care centers in the area — hands down the level of service and follow up care plans are top tier here. The experienced doctors and staff are always so thorough, professional, and understanding. You’re guaranteed quality care if you choose this center.

This is always my go-to for unplanned appointments. The staff is wonderful and the wait time is never too long. Everything is always clean and comfortable. I appreciate the convenience of the location and services offered. Great addition to our town!

I had to make a last minute appointment here due to an infection and was seen early on a Saturday. Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful and understanding. They listened to what I had to say and did all they could to help. I'm on the mend right now and they called a short time ago just to make sure I was feeling better. I can see why this place is so close to 5 stars. Add another in the books because they are awesome!

Scheduling was very simple and the online intake forms were very straightforward. I arrived and was seen within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional and listened attentively to my questions and concerns. I was treated quickly and effectively. Great experience!

This is the best urgent care I’ve been to in the Augusta area. The staff was professional and extremely caring. They even followed up with me the day after I was seen just to make sure I was feeling better.
I will certainly go back there if needed.

Staff was very nice a professional.. went in on an early Sunday to be seen.. the appointment and check- in process was very easy and simple to complete. My wait time wasn’t long at all . Nurse and nurse practitioner were great made me feel comfortable. Would definitely go back if I need service again.

This was my first time coming here. The staff was very nice, the office was clean and talk about fast service! My entire visit was less than an hour. This includes the X-ray. I highly recommend this urgent care.

i went to Physicians United yesterday and was seen immediately. Front staff is quick, kind and diligent but the one who stood out to me the most was Ms. Princetta. She was incredible. i felt listened to, not rushed and she was all around a very sweet person. This building is filled with extremely incredible people. So grateful for all who work here and will continue to keep coming! Thank you for you hard work and dedication!

I am here (from another state) visiting my family for the summer, so I don’t have a local physician. After searching online, I selected Physicians United Urgent Care, and I couldn’t be any happier!!! I was met by a very friendly staff in an office that was immaculate! Then, I met the doctor, Dr. Jina Anderson, and she was the best!!!! She was very easy to talk to about my condition, and I was very, very pleased with the care that I received.  I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and her staff!
Dr. Anderson will definitely remain my physician while I am in the area.

I was feeling sick and called to see if they took my insurance not only do they my insurance the staff was so friendly and the process checking in and out was quick. The Doctor made sure I understood what was going on and gave me recommendations. She was very pleasant and nice and she seem to really care about her patients thank you!!

I woke up this morning with sore throat and ear ache. I was able to book an appointment within the next hour. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. My prescription was sent and I was offered an RX card in case the meds were not covered. Jina (with a J) was attentive, personable, and professional. I would definitely recommend this provider and her entire team!!

Staff is great! Office is extremely clean. I went in yesterday for an earache and congestion. My Dr. was Monica. I also explained to her another medical condition I have going on not only did she listen she was very knowledgeable of the condition I have called menieres disease which has been impacting my life tremendously. She gave me advice and also gave me something to help with the dizzy spells and headaches. She was great!!!!! If I could give more stars I definitely would. Highly recommend Physicians United. I only waited about 15 minutes to be seened which is a blessing to other urgent cares I been to. Thank You again!!

Great professional staff. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. Got seen at my appointment time and was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Very efficient process all the way through.  From being able to schedule an appointment online, check in on line, to being seen, prepped and then to see the doctor was mere minutes.  Thank you all for a quality and efficient experience.

Such a nice experience - this was the best urgent care I’ve visited for sure. The facility is super clean and the people are kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

The whole thing took maybe an hour? The ladies were personable and neither wasted my time nor did they rush me through. Hopefully I won't have the need to go back, but if so, I'd choose them again.

I was in and out in about an hour, and that was with two people ahead of me to be seen. The provider (Jina Anderson) was wonderful, very helpful and informative, and had a great bedside manner.

Staff is friendly and efficient; was able to schedule appointment online and fill out paperwork in advance; quick and easy process and ambiance is much nicer than most sterile-feeling facilities.
