MedNow Urgent Care

On behalf of your staff, they made me feel like they really cared. The doctor was wonderful. I really wish we had more doctors to approach us and make us feel that they really care about helping us when we are down. I truly appreciate the professionalism that was shown, and the care that I failed was truly displayed. Honestly, I feel that the staff may need to go out to hospitals and teach others how we as patients needed to be treated and not make us feel as if we don't matter, especially the older ones because we do matter and we only come there for help when we need help. Thank you and I do appreciate everything, you show me that my life matters after that I truly say thank you and I wish the best for everyone especially the doctor that looked after me, God bless and continue doing what you're doing.
I would recommend to anyone if you don't have to go to the hospital to visit your establishment because you will be looked after and treated the way you deserve to be treated with honesty and caring

I have never experienced a medical facility like Mednow Peach Orchard. I took my adult daughter who had been sick for a week to the peach orchard location and she signed in and within 20 minutes was being seen. The staff, check in, doctor & nurses were the most professional & carrying group. We were there for 2 hour only because she had to have fluids because of dehydration. There were at least 3 people ahead of her and still she was seen that quick.

I have really had bad experiences with dealing with the ER and this was a breath of fresh air. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, the medical team was attentive, the wait time wasn't long and I was able to go home without spending an unnecessary amount of time getting diagnosed and treated. I was referred by my mom who also expressed the excellent service of this location. It was also refreshing to have a doctor that was well versed in my illness and took my concerns in consideration to do the testing to rule out a very serious complication to this disease. This was 10 star service all around! Thank you.

I came to Med Now Urgent Care/ 3044 Peach Orchard Rd at 12:15 on a Sunday afternoon. They had a room full of people, yet I was seen by 1:15 and was leaving office by 2:15. But honestly, for the care I was given today, I didn't care how long it took. I was very sick w/ fever, cough, ear pain, lung pain and body aches. They adressed every issue and backed it up with necessary tests and xrays. The staff from the front desk to Dr. Miller presented to be not only professional and knowledgeable but genuinely concerned and caring. Both of Dr.Miller's assistants were spectacular. I never felt that I was just a body to get in and get out. As with any profession, it starts at the top and Dr. MILLER P.A. outshines any Dr. I have seen in Augusta since I moved here over 5 years ago.
Thank you all for coming in on your Sunday to take care of those of us that are sick. ♡

First time here,staff was very nice,place is clean. only had to wait 15 minutes to be called back. overall, very good experience I would definitely come back here.

When we go to this urgent Care we get five star service without a long wait. Every provider that I have encountered is professional, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner.

The physician and nurse were extremely polite and kind. There was hardly any wait at all. The only real wait time we had was waiting for the lab results but that wasn’t even 15 minutes. The physician explained everything in detail and where I could understand it very easily. It was my first visit there but I would definitely go back if I needed urgent care again. It was recommended to me by two different people so they were very pleased also.

Everyone is so friendly And you receive such great care in a timely manner I would definitely recommend them To other patients

Staff was very sincere and didn't feel like I was simply another patient for the day.

I visited this place Nov. 21 not feeling good. From check in very smooth and nice. To having my vitals taking the nurse listen and was fast in and out. When the doctor came in she was very nice, had an attitude that you would want from a provider. They are fast and showed they cared at the same time.

My wife was there for a sore throat. While she was waiting her sugar started to drop (type 1) and I spoke to the staff and they immediately gave her something to raise it up and they checked back multiple times to make sure she was ok. Very nice and the service is great

My children and I are always in good hands when we come here. All the staff is amazing, friendly and just great people. I cannot thank them enough for what they do ❤

I love this place! The staff is so professional, courteous, kind, caring, and polite! They go over and beyond to provide the care you need! Definitely number in my book and I've always always left sick but HAPPY 😃 THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALWAYS TAKING CARE OF ME!

Med Now is the best very caring and friendly staff never really a long wait I go there so much they know me and my kids… excellent service I recommend everyone to go there thank you for your wonderful hospitality …South Augusta

Great and fast service. The NP who saw me was wonderful. She knew exactly my diagnosis, was very helpful with healing exercises and informative. I will definitely be going back if needed.

The entire staff is professional, organized and kind. The entire facility is spotless. My doctor took his time with me, and I did not feel as I was rushed in anyway, and he answered all my questions. This has got to be one of the top notch urgent cares I've attended, and I travel all throughout the nation.

I set up an appointment online and was able to make it in about an hour later. The facility is new and large, not the typical experience I was expecting. The reception staff, nurse and Dr I saw weee prompt, easy to talk to and I had a great experience.

I visited on March 14. From walking in the door till I left. I was only there 30mins. They were Fast polite and kind. I had a great experience. I was amazed at how fast I was in and out. Awesome crew yall got there

The staff here was amazing and very helpful!! My child was sick, they had us in there and out of there within 40mins. The physician explained everything my child had going on to where it was understanding. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone. We will be back for any medical care me or my kids may have.

This place is phenomenal! The staff is friendly, the wait time is minimal, and the doctors I’ve seen here are thorough and professional. On today’s visit we saw Dr. Chris for the first time and he was fantastic. Not only was he thorough, but he was also very compassionate and caring. The nurse from todays visit was also very helpful, kind and caring. 10/10 for me.
