Everyone is professional, courteous and clean. I know that sounds odd, but I have been in many doctor’s offices, hospitals, etc and the staff look like they just rolled out bed and haven’t taken a shower in days. But, NOT HERE! This place and the staff are immaculate! They are very knowledgeable, tender, and caring. I will definitely return! Truly the ethics, skills and professionalism are exemplary!

Sonterra Family Dental is the best facility I have ever been to. Everyone is super helpful and friendly from the front end staff to the Doctors, assistants, and hygienist. I would recommend this office to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Katende took care of me during my wisdom tooth issues.even with my fear of needles he was very patienta . Professional, affordable, and have the friendliest team of dentists around. I couldn't recommend them enough!

This establishment was an incredible experience, i was met at the front desk by Angelique who was very helpful and generous and helped me sign in to my appointment on a iPad. Trudy then did my X-rays and was very mindful and asking me if i was comfortable and okay during the process (X-rays at the dentist can sometimes be uncomfortable biting down on that piece of plastic) but Trudy made the experience quick and easy. Francesca the dental hygienist then spent time deep cleaning my teeth while asking me if i was comfortable and okay the entire time. My teeth are sensitive but she has a very steady and easy hand when cleaning. See Katende then did a filling for cavity which was an extremely quick process and he was stopping to make sure i was comfortable and okay and was always checking to make sure i wasn’t in any pain. As someone who gets anxiety going to the dentist this was such a relief and a pleasure. I highly highly recommend.

You definitely want gentle hands when it comes to your mouth and that’s what I got! If your in need of a top notch dentist, this is your place!

Great experience! They saw me as a walk-in when I had wisdom tooth pain and said it needed to be pulled. Got it done a week later. I hate going to the dentist but they made it very easy.

Went in for a consultation for my toothache and Dr. Katende was able to identify the issue within 30 minutes! The team there is extremely professional and would definitely recommend them!

Went in for a routine check up that turned sour quickly and the staff here was just amazing. They were unbelievably kind, empathetic, funny and caring. There's always a sort of anxiety when I go to the dentist but this location and staff really helped put me at ease and I felt that I was in great hands. My dental hygienist Francesca made sure I was comfortable and explained everything I needed to know about keeping my teeth clean and the importance of FLOSSING. Alicia made my check in and scheduling my next appointment seamless. I had an all around amazing experience here.

This place is amazing! I had been looking for a new dentist and found this place 5 minutes from my house. The staff and doctor are phenomenal! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the dental tech that worked with us really seems like she loves her job. Scheduling is really flexible too. One of the things I like the most was that we got exams and cleanings on the same day. Most places make you come back for a cleaning, which as a single mom with two kids, that is really hard to do. I can only take so much time off. But not only did we get that, I got a deep cleaning and my daughter got 2 of 4 wisdom teeth pulled out too. The receptionist is amazing as well. She is really communicative and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs :)

Amazing service! Dr. Katende and staff were awesome! Took great care of me and got me the relief I needed from a painful toothache! I was able to set up an emergency appointment and I was in and out within an hour.
