Taco Bell

The atmosphere is great. It is very clean inside and out. customer service are super sweet and polite. At every place sometimes the food maybe wrong, but this place is very good at correcting theirs and without attitudes and judgement. The people are just super sweet and always smile. I will always comeback. Plus the food is always hot and fresh. We haven't ever got anything cold besides drinks.

The older lady working the drive thru window around 7:00 PM on 1/7/24 was awesome and extremely professional. She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service, which is very rare these days! Our food order was perfect, hot and delicious. Thank you for the amazing experience. It makes a difference!

You made tonight’s Taco Bell experience one of the greatest I’ve ever had, you were very sweet and soft spoken and quick to help resolve the issues I was having with the digital kiosk, in my frustrations you were quickly able to bring a smile back to my face when we started talking about missing having the pressure of someone in front of you to order your food vs dealing with a screen and having so many options to choose from thank you so much again for your patience and hospitality during our interaction if I ever cut back through town I very much look forward to stopping back by this location in the future if given the chance.

P.s. i absolutely loved your split dyed hair! Also i found it kind of entertaining that the store is still new enough that it smells like a Lowe’s/Home Depot/hardware store lol.

Kayla S has been very good and VERY POLITE. On top of that the food is fresh and hot. Y’all do a wonderful job keep it up the little things y’all do count thanks for being a very good Taco Bell haven’t been to a lot of them, but y’all out do y’all’s self for sure compared to the rest.

Anyways, she ROCKS!!! She provides the BEST customer service I've seen in quite a while. It was extremely refreshing to pull up to the drive thru window and find a person with a cheerful attitude and a REAL, genuine smile instead of finding someone stoned out who seems like they hate their life and everyone else like I usually find in the drive thru.
This lady was very sharp and clean cut, wellspoken, super kind and courteous. You can tell she actually cares about her customers by the way she interactions. She completed our transaction quickly and efficiently, carefully handed our drinks with the straws over to me and about 2 minutes later, she carefully handled our food as she passed it thru the window to me along with the extra napkins that I'd asked for. Hallelujah!
AND-- everything in my order was HOT and made correctly!

This is a huge deal to me and I feel like it definitely needs to be recognized and appreciated.
When I go through a drive thru, I usually end up experiencing the following:
I'm used to having my drink thrust at my car with the lid just barely on and the drink spilling over the rim by a sullen teenager who barely looks at me. Next, I normally wait up to 10 minutes before having a bag of food almost thrown towards me, most of the time without napkins or straws in the bag. If you dare to ask for those things, you get rotten looks or eye rolls and then they'll hand you 1-2 napkins, maybe a straw.
If I could give her 10 stars, I would but hopefully a 5 star review at her workplace will reach her ears.

Second time eating at this spot and man this last time was really good. There was a girl with red hair on the line, and she made one of the best crunch wraps I've had a long time. Got my order around 1:00.

The Manager on duty on 8/15/23 at the crazy HETIC lunch hours did an AMAZINGLY good job handling her store the best ways she could! Shout out to the 3 people doing their best to get everyone’s order made and delivered. To the man that was being very rude and disrespectful, learn to know patients and respect! They did the best they could being short staffed! This TacoBell is the best one I have been to yet! Keep up the great work!

We have been multiple times to this location and have been very satisfied every time! Didn't wait long and got everything we ordered.

Very sad that the low rating it has is mostly from people not understanding how the dine in process works with the computers. Hopefully the town figures it out and they get a better rep 😊

I am happy this location is finally finished, first all. The staff is amazing and they make it a good environment. I did not like seeing one of the reps deal with a "Karen," but I do admire the reps professionalism. Godd job, and please keep up the good work.

The Caucasian lady at the drive-through window was wonderful. I liked her so much. She truly demonstrated excellent and personable customer service.

Small mistake but manager owned it and went well above anything anyone would expect to make it right.

Best food & Fastest service we've ever had at any Taco Bell. The line was crazy long on opening week but we weren't in line more than 5 minutes. So glad they opened in Jarrell.

The new Taco Bell in Jarrell is a pleasant surprise. It is clean, the staff is helpful and the food was very good. It has abundant parking.

Best service I've ever had at a Taco Bell! The staff are so attentive, and friendly, and we even had a lady come up, and check on us to make sure we had everything we needed!

The staff is so nice!! Got our food out quickly and efficiently. Greeted with a warm welcoming attitude. So happy they are here.

Can’t rate the food as it’s not done yet, but it’s being built super fast so y’all get 5 stars just for that! Can’t wait to add “America’s favorite Mexican restaurant (🤣🤣)” to our Mexican restaurant rich town!
