I highly recommend Frenchie’s Ford! I recently bought a brand new Ford Explorer from Cliff Gay at Frenchie’s and I was very impressed by the his professionalism, the knowledge of what he was selling and the all around friendly atmosphere of the dealership and all their staff for that matter. He was not pushy, listened to what I wanted and came up with a deal that I could not pass up. So, if you’re in the market for a vehicle head on down and see Cliff, you won’t be disappointed!

When I pulled out of my driveway with the camper I heard a grinding- scraping sound. (Front brakes) it didn't get any better during the 4 hour drive to Massena. Stopped in to Frenchies Ford, and spoke with Cassandra Aldous. She was able to get me in right away, checked out my truck and got the front brakes , pads and rotors replaced. I was out the door and back on the road in about 2 hours. Cassandra kept me updated on the progress of my service .Thank you for the Awesome Service!

The service department along with the help of Cassandra Aldous and Candice Mossow were great. They helped me with a new transmission faster than I could've ever expected. Best experience I've had with automotive work in my life. They treated me great and worked very hard to get my vehicle back to me asap.

Took my diesel truck in several times for separate issues, and on both occasions, the entire service staff beginning with the manager, his name slips my memory, to Candace and the diesel master technician were very friendly, supportive, plus they even dropped me off and picked me up at work since I had no available transportation.
Typically, I do not use a Ford dealership for out of warranty technical services, but due to the fact that I'm not a local, it's difficult to find and trust a general shop to perform necessary repairs without being compromised or adding to the required repairs.
I am very thankful to the entire service staff at Frenchies Ford for taking good care of my truck.

This review is for the service department and is based on our most recent experience. First, let's be honest, their hourly rates are not cheap, nor are their parts. In this case, however, the extra expenses were worth it. I had taken my 2013 F-150 to my local mechanic for an oil change and an alignment in preparation for an upcoming long(ish) distance camping trip. We had two days before departure. Unfortunately, the truck needed several front-end parts replaced and my mechanic couldn't get them until after we were supposed to have left. I would not ordinarily do it, but out of desperation I went to the local Ford dealership. They had the parts and were able to squeeze us in that afternoon. The only thing they couldn't do was the alignment - their rigs were occupied. To help us out, they contacted a nearby Monro Muffler that could get us in as long as the truck was there by 4:30. It was and by 5:30 my truck was ready to hit the road. Thank you to Frenchies Ford for going above and beyond to help us out!

Just purchased my fourth Ford from Ted Scott at Frenchie's Ford. As always, Ted and the team exceeded all of my expectations and made the experience seamless!

I used Frenchie's Ford as the dealership to handle ordering the 2021 Bronco. Ted was informative and professional through the entire process, from my reservation to delivery day. There were a few delays from Ford which Ted was very timely in sharing with me. He promised to sell at MSRP in a time in which dealerships are taking advantage of the Bronco and adding ridiculous markups. My bronco was sold at MSRP. They fit me into a busy Friday afternoon and in less than 90 minutes I was driving home in my new bronco. I would recommend Frenchie's Ford for anyone looking for a vehicle, especially someone looking to order a new bronco.

I've never baught a vehicle from here I've just always dealt with the service department and I have never been disappointed. They always do good work they definitely know what there doing when it comes to a ford!

I bought a 2016 expedition from Frenchies ford, I had a couple of small issues with the car, I contacted the service department they were great to deal with, they worked with my crazy schedule to get my car in and take care of my concerns. A great service department sells cars in my book...

That stuff happens. Unprofessional? Yes. Understandable, yes. Frenchies is the #1 name in this town. They move products fast and make return customers. Bottom line.
