Definitely the best San Marcos in the area! From the atmosphere, the staff, the drinks to the food. All top quality. I have had both sit down to order and sit at the bar, have a drink to place an order to go. Both were very efficient and accurate, and the food was perfect. This is the place to go for drinks and food to nibble on after work! Highly recommend! For food suggestions, definitely try the Parrillada San Marcos with tortillas! Also, their extra sloppy Tecate's and Pina Colada are excellent! Don't let the full parking lot scare you away. The seating inside is set up very well, so seating is immediate.

My daughter and I did a late lunch there, and we're seated right away from a friendly hostess. Our waiter was excellent and the food was delicious and we didn't wait long for it. They were busy but had a robust staff. I really enjoyed it. There's a huge rounded (oval shape) bar area in the center with TVs all around. I was very impressed!

We celebrated my Dad’s birthday here and everything was fantastic. The food and service were top-notch and I would recommend to anyone within the area give it a try. It’s a new building so everything was very clean and well kept.
They have a few games for children in a separate small room, which my nieces and nephews loved. However the games are cash only.
We will for sure be back and can’t wait to have Mexican food again!

San Marcos has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I was so thrilled when one closer to my home opened. As always, the food, service and drinks are amazing. The mango margarita with Tajin is one of my top favorite things in the entire world. Oh! And get the fried ice cream 🤤

A client, her daughter, and I visited about two weeks ago. I feel our waiting time was reasonable for a Friday evening. We were seated at a large booth and my client requested a highchair for her toddler daughter. We were greeted immediately by our waitress and other staff with chips and salsa for our table. The chips were a little thicker than I liked but tasted fine. Our servers were generous with drinks, chips, and sauces on the table while we waited for our meal. I ordered the chimichanga, beans, and rice. I asked for lettuce, tomato, cheese, and chili to be added to my order. The presentation was perfect and there was plenty of food on the plate. My client had a small issue that was corrected immediately. We tipped well for the service we received. We both took home food for the next day. There is lots of parking available. It has a nice atmosphere on the inside with friendly folks.

I ordered three dinners to go. I ordered and it was ready within 10-15 minutes. Excellent taste on all of our food.

The thing that stood out to me most, is everything that was in my to go bag was neatly wrapped in clear food wrap to prevent anything from spilling! Huge plus. Also, the big plastic bag with hard plastic handles was awesome. Overall, good job San Marcos Newcastle crew. You have a new loyal customer ✌🏼

I met a friend here for dinner and drinks, and we were not disappointed. Be warned: The tequila flight with no price listed on the menu is $29! But it was good, and so were the Perfect Patron and the Coco Loco. We had white queso as an appetizer, which was amazing. My friend had spinach enchiladas and I had the San Marcos plate, which was 2 enchiladas and a tamale. Everything was really good. There were several vegetarian options on their extensive menu. The portions were large. Definitely recommend!

We've loved San Marcos for years! And it was a pleasant surprise to find it in Newcastle after being gone on the road for the last several years.
Fajitas were ahhh...mazing! We had the mixed. Steak was perfectly cooked and tender. Chicken was flavorful. Shrimp was great.
Waitress was on top of her game for having a table of 8.
It was a Friday night and we waited for 30 minutes. It's a hopping place!
We'll be back again.

Best Mexican food I have had in a long time. It was actually fresh cooked. The menu is huge. If you can't find something you like, I don't know why. The service is exceptional. We will definitely eat there again.

The bar is the best bar that could’ve came to Newcastle. DELICIOUS DRINKS. Fun bartenders.

First time there on 3/4/24 for dinner.
Excellent food and service and far better than any Mexican restaurant in the Tri City area. Great Chili Releano and Enchilada special. We like the other locations in OKC also; but glad they're in Newcastle.

Absolutely great place. expect a wait on Friday I can tell ya that much haha. It’s worth the wait. 👌

No doubt you will get good food at any San Marcos restaurant worth the $$$ ,but this one is new and may need a little more time to get into the swing of things. For me and my family the best one is located on SW 59th in OKC and it will always be home for us, the service and food there is top notch.

You won’t get a better experience, or food for a decent price anywhere else but at San Marcos restaurants guaranteed.

Love the new location. Excellent drinks and food. We had very prompt and friendly service. Lots of TVs throughout the bar area.

The Blanchard Newcastle area has Mexican food restaurants that are either not that good or badly managed or both. Luckily San Marco's has come to the rescue with a beautiful restaurant, great service and excellent food.

The food was great and there's plenty to choose from! The parking lot was pretty full but we found a spot fast and they set us up at the bar immediately!

A little slow getting our food but they were packed and oh my, was it worth the wait. Food was so fresh and was really good.

Great food and service! It's so nice to have a delicious food option closer to home. I was also VERY happy to learn that they have horchata! 😋
