I Love Rosa

I would 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone who asked. Not only is the food absolutely exceptional, the staff is so friendly and the decorations are perfect.

We ordered nachos, an enchilada, quesadillas, taco trio and the churros. All were spot on.

The fresh pico is a bit heavy on the onion but otherwise delicious!

I stopped in on my way home from work for some takeout. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and a side of sweet plantains. The portions were very generous! The inside of the restaurant was very clean and cozy and the staff was friendly. Food came out quickly and was delicious, I will be returning to try more items. Thank you!

I had a fantastic dine-in experience at I love Rosa. The workers were super friendly and helpful. All of the food we tried was delicious and affordable. The chorizo is incredible. I will definitely be back!

First of all Rosa, your food is gorgeous. I ordered a little of everything to try you out, since I live just up the hill.

I ordered the chicken quesadilla, tacos 3 ways, burrito, burrito bowl, and peppered chicken.

The peppered chicken looks like it came out of a magazine and tasted just as good. My 9 year old ate the tacos and let's just say it started with an mmm, did not request sour cream, and continued in silence to eat every morsel. She loved the chips, stolen from my burrito. Every bite was flavored and the chicken was perfect. The rice, albeit the brightest I've ever seen, had perfect flavor and did not take away from the important parts of the burrito, which are the pico, cheese and chicken imo.

The final surprise for me were the 4 sauces offered. Hot, which was a delicious pico-like, spicy, fresh, salsa. Avocado, which was creamy and tasty, a beautiful lime color.
Chipotle, which was smoky and spicy. Lastly Jalapeño, which was the best surprise. It had the texture of a salad dressing with a spicy kick. Absolutely wonderful.

Note to the owners: I gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere because I thought it not fair to rank you lower just because I decided to take out. The short interaction I had with your staff was pleasant and your place was clean 👍

This is my new favorite place. We’ve dined 3 times now in the spotless dining room, with friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff taking fantastic care of us. The horchata and aguas frescas are delicious, fun, and unique. We loved that all the food is made in-house, right down to the chips, guac, salsa, dipping sauces, the AMAZING black beans, etc. We’ve tried the enchiladas, plantains, burritos, arepas, tacos, churros, funnel cake fries, and funnel cake. Each dish is a favorite. I can’t believe the prices, they’re so inexpensive for huge portions of fresh and delicious food. I have several food allergies and restrictions, and my partner is vegetarian; but the staff know everything about the food, and we were easily able to find foods that worked for us. can’t recommend it highly enough!

One of the best Mexican spots in the area! The atmosphere is great, feels pretty nice and is very clean as well. In regards of food.. omg where can I start! The empanaditas from Colombia, the enchiladas and our personal favorite the TACOS!!! We will definitely be back. (Get the Hibiscus agua fresca, it was very tasty)

Absolutely one of the best new restaurants in the area. This little hidden gem is a place to not skip out on. From the burritos to the churros and home made drinks. This place is a 5 ⭐ for me. Caleb who works there has been great with serving and talking to the public. I would recommend this place to anyone, And the best thing is the prices.

This was suggested to me by a buddy at work for lunch today and I have to say I was impressed! He ordered take out so I can’t comment on dine in service but it was ready fast, and was delicious. it’s an awesome new choice in town for someone who is looking for more than pizza or fast food. The tacos were awesome and I’m looking forward to trying more from the menu!

Wow! Rosa's is a real treasure for the village of Waterford. Great, fresh food and the prices are incredible!! Staff is so friendly! Bright flavors and wonderful choice of entrees.

Wonderful experience for a lunchtime meal on a Saturday while visiting the historic canal sites nearby. We were warmly greeted and served at our table. The food was homemade and delicious. Arepas and the handcrafted tamales. Good prices and generous portions. Highly recommended.

A new place in Waterford. My boyfriend and I went there for the first time and both got chicken burritos. Absolutely delicious. The meals came with chips and salsa which I believe they make in house? We both couldn’t get enough of the two different kinds of salsa. The place is cozy and clean while the staff was extremely sweet and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Delicious, and simple menu. I ordered a couple of things and everything was so good. The only thing I would have liked with empanadas was some kind of creamy spicy dipping sauce or some kind of stew sauce! But even without it was good. Inside is really cute too! I did a pick up order and it was fast. Will be back again, so glad to have this spot super close by, Waterford doesn’t have many options and nice to have a spanish spot close by!

I rarely leave reviews but this place is a waterford gem! Delicious food, came out quick and everything was hot and fresh. Our waiter Kaleb was attentive, accommodating (especiallty going with two young children) and very personable. The chips and guacamole were by the far the best I've ever had. Burrito and churros were also fantastic and large portions. Much better quality food than any of the other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Ordered take-out 3 times in the last 2 weeks... enough said. Fair prices for great quality, and it's so cute and clean looking inside. I've only ordered chicken, but my tostada, tacos, and quesadilla were awesome. I like that lettuce and quac comes as a garnish with dishes. The zesty sauce and green crema with the tacos were amazing- keep that coming! Lesson learned- next time get 2 orders of churros...

I stopped in on a whim to get some lunch and I'm super glad I did. The service was friendly and fast, but most importantly the chorizo tacos were delicious. The next time I find myself in Waterford at lunch time I'll be back.

My family and I love a good Mexican meal, and kept hoping we'd get a traditional Mexican restaurant in the area. We tend to end up at Moe's (I know, not exactly traditional) but have had issues with quality and accuracy of the orders there.
Hearing about this new location, we knew we had to give it a try. Let me start by saying my son is one of the pickiest eaters, so that's always a concern too. We debated just making him a cheese quesadilla at home, but decided he would give the restaurant a try. Come to find out, he (and we all) have a new favorite local Mexican restaurant.
We ordered a steak burrito, two quesadillas (one chicken, one steak) and an arepa, and they were all fantastic. Not too mention, from hitting the "submit order" button on my phone to having the food hot and ready in a bag was 15 minutes at most. I was concerned when I pulled up because they seemed a little busy (Saturday night and all) but the food was ready right on schedule.

I should also mention the churros were delicious. My son said it was his new favorite dessert, and my wife said they were better than Disney's which is saying a lot.

Glad to have a new dinner option in the area!
