Store is clean and well stocked. I especially love the produce and meat department.

The store is usually nice and clean. The staff is very helpful.
Prices aren’t that bad, and they have a good selection, a nice fresh meats

Better selection then other stores. So many different sections for particular diets ( gluten free, diabetic) Produce is fresh, bags accessible. Workers are courteous and helpful. Checking out was fast and easy. Parking excellent! I love Hannaford. A little pricey on some items - but guaranteed fresh!

Although the shelves are never stocked completely, we can usually find what we need. Employees are always helpful at check-out.

Store was stocked better then usual , as in usual I mean since price chopper right there closed down hannafords shelves become empty real quickly. There needs to be another option of people who stock every night at hannaford. I literally couldn't get bread not to long ago or rice and during the summer there were no pasta noodles the entire summer. So this trip was alot better. I still can't rely on it to be where to do my main shop, cuz I've been disappointed to much. When u have to go to another store after that one cuz they don't have what u need it sucks . Everyone has long days at work there's no time to bounce around from store to store to be able to make a pasta salad. Lol..or a sandwich for that matter.

I went at night and it seemed like a pretty nice size store with a good selection of food and items. It was really clean and organized and I was able to find what I needed. There is plenty of parking at this location and it wasn’t busy. I was able to get in and out pretty quick too.

Clean store, great staff. Only stores I feel have the best grasp on COVID safety in our area. Plus the food is always super fresh and good deals.

Jess is competent w cut, color, and style. She is kind, listens well, and always does her best. Sitting in her chair is never a regret and her laugh is both cute and contagious. She is a welcomed treat to a busy life!

Hannaford is the cleanest supermarket in the Capital District. It doesn't matter which store you visit as they are all top notch in cleanliness. Hannaford also has the absolute best meats as well. My family purchases 99% of our meats from Hannaford as the quality is superior to other stores. The produce section offers a wide variety of local items. There is always someone in the produce section rotating or stocking which really shows the care they take in offering the absolute best product. I am not a fan of the new self serve check out system that recently arrived at my local store. I am also saddened by the loss of the butcher case. Hannaford offers a savings app which has been great so far saving me money on a quarterly basis as well as offering digital coupons. I would like to see their coupon policy become more competitive with the other grocery chains in our area though. The best foods are one thing but the best foods at the lowest possible price is a game changer. Hannaford does have superior store brand items but sometimes you just have to have the brand you grew up with and those brands usually have coupons that are doubled at the competitors.
Overall I am a happy Hannaford customer.

We do our weekly shopping at the Troy Hannaford every week, even throughout the extent of this pandemic. Every single time, we've found the shelves fully stocked and the staff consistently friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to actually look forward to your weekly visit to the supermarket.

Good all purpose market. Seems to have particularly good prices on fresh fruit.

The store was busy during my visit. Therefore, lines at checkout were quite long but moved along steadily. The store was clean, and I was able to find all items on my list in stock.

Price wise and cleanliness they kick it. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient. Sometimes wish it was bigger.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The lady time I was in this store I was shopping with a friend who was looking for a specific type of orange called a Seville orange, which unfortunately they did not have. We were not discouraged we spoke with a member of the front end who had us file a request so we could receive the produce we were looking for. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

The employees are kind and helpful. The store is convenient and close to home. The store is clean, shelves are neatly stacked with goods. Aisles are wide, easy to get thru with a cart. The produce and meat are fresh.

Had the best cashier. Very thorough with answering questions ab sales. Good produce and meats available also.

My favorite hannaford to shop at, and got the best service from customer service member Zach. He was so persistent to make sure I got my check cashed after trying every other place that cashes checks and the bank being closed. So thankful for employees like that, that are still around and always trying to help customers with their best effort and attitude! You are noticed and appreciated!! Thank you!

My favorite market excellent produce section enjoy the able to purchase local products. They state the names of our local farms. Great price and seafood
