Dr. Ching and staff were wonderful!! From the receptionist that checked me in to the follow up calls from nurse Lori. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you Dr. Ching for having a pleasant office staff. You were awesome too!

Saw Doctor Ching for the 1st time today. I was very impressed with his staff Charity and Kiana. They both are very lovely, professional and friendly young ladies. Then, upon meeting doctor Ching, I immediately felt at ease. He has a wonderful demeanor. He allowed me to say what I needed to and listened carefully. He was very friendly and personable. I am very happy that my primary care physician referred me to him. I wish, however, he was closer to Destin, but you can't have everything!

Thank you, Dr. Ching !!! During a routine colonoscopy, Dr. Ching removed a suspicious polyp and referred me to an amazing surgeon ( Dr. Castellucci ) for a colonectomy. Due to Dr. Ching leaving the appropriate markers (tattoos) for the surgeon. I was told that the surgery went extremely well and that surgeon was able to get clean margins and no further medical procedures will be necessary. Thank you so much for your professionalism and bedside manner. Your attention to detail quite possibly save my life. M. Cates

Dr. Pam is excellent in update knowledge about GI issues, especially with a feeding tube. Also, the wait time is minimal and then her attention is on you, listening attended to get you back to good health

Thought that everyone in Panama City was there waiting. Wow, they get through very quickly and courteously. Little wait and great service means 5 stars!

This doctor will not see you in person. He only allows you to see his nurse. He will only do the endoscopy. I requested to see for an appointment so they booked me 30 days out and I still didn’t get to see him. He declined and I saw his nurse. Now they want to charge another $700 to do another endoscopy For the same symptoms and a doctor is unwilling to have a face-to-face appointment with me. Do not call the office manager manager she does not return calls.. Suggestions to try another clinic personally. I also find the other reviews on here very generic and suspiciously fake. He is willing to see Spanish-speaking people who need interpreters so if your Spanish-speaking and need an interpreter, he might be a good option

Absolutely terrible at working with active duty military trying to get medically cleared for overseas. Total lack of communication. Months long process of feet dragging on their part. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Will also definitely be letting base medical know about the awful experiences we've had with them.
