Today was very scary for me. The staff at the check in was so sweet and the nurse that seen me was patient and understanding. She explained all my concerns and put me at ease. These ladies and gentlemen deserve 10 stars!

Haven’t been in a long time. I was very Lucky the see Trevor Cooke today. What an awesome young man. Very professional, Explained in detail of my examination & output. Awesome bedside manner. He was very thorough made me a very happy patient. Everyone else was pleasant, I would say to anyone if you need to be seen by this particular doctors office and you need to go you won’t be sorry.

Dr.Wells and his PA both listen and are willing to hear what you have to say and actively explain everything to you. They do not make you feel rushed , or that you’re just another number. I have not had to wait for extended periods of time in the waiting room. There are only a handful of Physicians that you do not need to wait excessively in their waiting room. I am so very thankful for their expertise and their ability to for the most part “ on schedule “. Sometimes extenuating circumstance can / will happen but that is the exception not the norm.

Jennifer is friendly and personable. She listened to all my concerns and responded well while trying to work towards a solution. Every thing was pleasant and did not feel awkward during my visit.
She’s always very informative and caring to her patients is easy to talk to and doesn’t rush you.

There are very few if any doctors offices that you walk into, have nobody in line at reception, the receptionist welcomes you with a smile and finds your name instantly and says we have you checked in go ahead and take a seat; This IS One of those Offices! So effortless for existing patients!

On top of all that good news, I only waited 5 minutes before they called my name! What a concept!!

PA Matthew Simmons arrived in the exam room for my appointment within another 5 minutes and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He educated me on my situation with information that was revelatory to me.
Then I was finished!

I was totally satisfied every step of the way.

The care and attentiveness I received was excellent. My Nurses; Amanda, Stephanie and Lori took great care of me as if I was a family member. My Nurse Antithesis, Kaitlyn was professional and caring in the procedure room, along with Dr. Chan. My procedure was completed without any hiccups and before I knew it, I was being walked out to my G.F's car. Thank you all for your knowledge and caring professional attentiveness.

Today was my first visit to the Digestive Diseases Center. Everyone was very nice and professional and the entire process from check in to check out was extremely organized. I was highly impressed with this office and the staff.

I’ve had stomach issues for at least two decades. My last scopes were Nov of 2016, and Dr Wells was very informative after the procedures and explained everything so I could understand. I have another colonoscopy/endoscopy next week with Dr Wells, and I feel very confident in my care. The staff is wonderful, and even consoled me when I cried because I’ve been sick for so long and I’m finally getting answers. I love this staff,

Dr. Wells was so calm and reassuring. His nurse practitioner is the best. She really took the time with me and you could tell she was listening. She answered all my questions and you didn’t get the feeling she was rushing. This is so important to me because my health is important and I don’t like when they just act like your another number. I would definitely recommend Dr.Wells if your coming to Digestive Disease Center.

Spoke with PA about what to expect and how to prepare for an upcoming procedure. All the staff from the front desk when you enter the office, the nurses and Dr, and the receptionists when you leave are so nice and helpful. Thanks for making my first visit excellent.

Everyone is so nice —. Courteous, Professional, and definitely Caring. Patients are seen promptly and always with respect and are listened to. A patient can express his or her feelings, fears — whatever emotions being experienced without feeling foolish. I would recommend your practice to anyone!

Extremely knowledgable and caring. Fast service. Today i was there for a semi annual follow up. Literally arrived 128 pm for 150 pm appointment checked in, sat down was called to the window take care of business end sat down called back triaged and saw provider out at 145 pm. Thought that was amazing.

Trevor, was polite, professional, and took his time to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgeable on medications and very good at explaining my results to me. Office staff checking in and out were both efficient, friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal.

Kind and friendly staff. They emailed paperwork before visit for me to fill out, which was an excellent idea. Check-in was a breeze, not a very long wait to be seen and my practitioner today was awesome.

I was nervous when going to the clinic today and considered going in through the back door. After meeting the friendly staff, I felt very comfortable in the waiting room. I probed around and found a comfortable place to sit, and the waiting room was very inviting. The details of my upcoming colonoscopy were given to me in great detail, and the intelligence and integrity of the staff is rigid. I rectum that I have zero further concerns after meeting the staff, of my incoming procedure. 🫡🫡🫡

I was greeted with a friendly smile, my wait coincided with my appt time. Whole thing took about 15 minutes of my time. I will see them again if the need arises. I would definitely recommend them.

Such a positive experience today at the Digestive Diseases Center! I waited less than 10 minutes and everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful and caring. PA Mr Wang took his time with me and was very knowledgable and thorough. He
answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Even checking out went smoothly. I recommend this practice without hesitation!

The staff is very nice and my Dr. is a very nice guy and they know what they are doing. I would recommend this team to anyone.

I called for an appointment, expecting it to be weeks out before I could get in. I explained my concerns and they got me in the NEXT day! I saw a new doctor, as my former one had retired since my last visit. I was equally pleased with the new one….. very thorough examination, listened carefully to my questions and wasted no time in getting the stat CT and labs I needed. I appreciated his professionalism and proactive approach.
