I need to give a Huge THANK YOU to Denise she has been so helpful and understanding and helped us get the oxygen we needed for our father! We came down on vacation last Tuesday and had a serious health scare with our father and he couldn't be released with out ocygen. Denise lisitened to us and help us get what he needed for us to go back to Anderson South Carolina. Anyone from out of town needing medical equipment or supplies YOU NEED TO CALL HERE! Thank y'all again for all your help!

My family and I were on vacation here in Panama City and were in desperate need of getting oxygen supplies delivered to us. We tried to call Aerocare (who is our usual supplier) and waited on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Then we called Shoreline Medical Solutions. They answered immediately and we had the privilege of being assisted by Scott. He was INCREDIBLY helpful and really saved the day for us when we needed it. My wife and I were vacationing in the area when we realized for some reason her left leg test of her wheelchair did not fit properly on the wheelchair. Looking closer the hinge had gotten bend. I connected Shoreline Medical Solutions to see if it could be fixed. I left it overnight and they were able to fix with no cost. Thank you, Shoreline Medical Solutions.

Very poor customer service. And the length of time of getting a chair, being told it was on the way and it wasn’t. Now waiting on a call about the damage that was on it. The chair it self I believe is great but you need 4-6 months before you may get your chair.

Very poor customer service on the phone. They answered the phone, but didn't even say the name of the business. Asked several questions very cold.
