6/14/2024: I would like to give a shout of praise to Matt from the home and garden dept today. He helped me tremendously. He helped me find parts so that my old Kobalt trimmer can continue operating again. Matt even assembled the parts with ease and explained it to me. Matt was super knowledgeable and helpful. I could not believe it. It was so nice to know that there are still nice people out there willing to help and who go above and beyond their duties. What a wonderful surprise and experience that I had at Lowes today. I will definitely be coming back to you guys because of Matt’s shining example.

After Matt helped me with my trimmer, we then got into a friendly chat regarding the EGO brand and all the things they are doing with their equipment (I had let Matt know that I had tried my boss’ EGO lawn mower and it was phenomenal). We talked about the various EGO lines: from mowers, to trimmers, to misters, to power converters, to pressure washers, even a mini bike! EGO is seriously doing it all. Matt was so nice and took the time out of his day to actually show me the various mowers and the various other accessories that EGO has. Matt explained the amazing features EGO offers in their tools and convinced me to go with them once my lawn mowers and accessories die out (the EGO trimmer and mower sound amazing, thank you again Matt!). I’ll admit that I wasn’t hard to convince to go with EGO, because I was already leaning towards EGO, but now I know that EGO is the brand that I want! And EGO makes it fun to do the chores we already need to do! Kudos to Matt!!

This place is fantastic. I can drop off my wife, go shooting with the boys, come back, and she couldn't be happier. The abundance of plants keeps her occupied for hours on end. I'm not the biggest fan of the rain forest in the living room, but I sure do love the peace and quiet only Lowe's can give me. Thank you guys!

I take my dog everywhere I can to socialize her. The associates there have always been super welcoming, but today they went the extra mile! When one of them found out that that was the reason why... well she took the lul in traffic at the self check out to actually sit down on the ground so that my Ruby would feel comfortable. That meant sooo much to both of us! While I do have to go the extra mile to go to lowes instead of Home depot. I will always do it because of service like that!!!!!

Also there was an amazing guy in hardware with like 43 years of experience! He helped me find a drill set that was perfect! He could have over sold me on something higher end, but he knew I just needed it for weekend projects! Overall very very happy with the service!!!

I enjoy the fact that there is always someone you can find that is helpful. I also found competitive prices with other home improvement stores. The store is sometimes limited but a good online catalog that has so much more.

Comparison between Lowe's and Home Depot there is none Home Depot is cool they got good stuff they're limited certain things unless you get to a really big one but Lowe's always has everything as far as I can tell every loses I've gone into has been comparable the same size and has everything that they need in stock plus they have two or three of them that are so close together that if there's one out there.

Smiling employees and everything I went in for was in stock. The employees were able to show me tips on my project, and I couldn't be happier. Spring flowers & veggies are out too

This is a great store, well managed and a bit understaffed, nevertheless positive employees, eager reps and organized inventory. From bar b qs to building supplies, lowes has it.

Best home improvement store anywhere. Great service and people.

I go to Home depot alot, but Lowe's really takes care of you the customer, their staff is eager to help with all of your needs! Unlike Home depot where you have to look for a staff member 99% of the time, Lowe's staff will find you 99% of the time. I've had good experiences every time at Lowe's! Thank you Lowe's staff!

Better than Home Depot. Bigger store too. I like coming here.

Just went to do some pricing did not purchase anything. Today I picked up a handle for my sliding glass door. I've been getting them at Home Depot but all they have are cheap ones I got a much more substantial one today hope it works good... Today my wife and I went to pick up a dryer and a refrigerator. 2-20-23 Vinnie helped us.He was very courteous and very fast, he knew his stuff. He is a very helpful sales rep.3-26-24 Pick up some cool weather color for the house. Something look nice even though it's still a little cold.

Bought refrigerator and washer/dryer on Black Friday sales. We shopped around, and they had the most inventory coupled with the best prices. Friendly and helpful sales personnel.

Friendly staff, great selection. I always spend more time here than I mean to, I can't help myself.

This Lowes is so clean and organized. They have awesome customer service everyone is so friendly. I want to give a specific shout out to Blaine, he was so sweet and helpful. He helped me choose a good lawn mower and edger and helped load them to my car. I will definitely come back in the future!

So I'm the wife that dreads going to Lowe's because I get bored way too fast while my husband stares at a wall of screws trying to find the perfect one. So tonight we needed to go to lowes to find some outdoor house lights. We needed 3. We found 2. My husband's solution was to go to another Lowe's. Uugh! That's when we walked past Emily, the Lowe's best employee EVER. She was busy working, and she looked up to see if she could help us find anything. We asked if she could see if another Lowe's has the matching light. She found that their store actually had more. She came over and searched for a while with us. They were up high and not in the right section. She went and got the lift and got us the box down. She never once acted like she was being inconvenienced. She had a great personality and was my hero for taking the time to find us what we needed so we didn't have to go to another Lowe's. For once, my Lowe's experience wasn't painfully boring.

Tracie in the blinds and shades department is awesome. Had some issues with cut to fit shades and she is a pro. After 3 trips to the store she did it. Wish we would have gotten her the first time. Will be asking for her from now on.
