I was so happy with the service. Food and the friendly staff. So clean. So here is to all the staff. From the casher Holly the manager and the other two. A man and young women. Great Job. Thanks again.

Wendy's is usually our go-to when traveling. The food is always consistent and service is always friendly no matter what location we visit. This visit was no exception! Food came out quickly and was tasty, that's what we've come to expect from Wendy's!

Always good food at Wendy's. Fast and hot. They have my favorite fries.

My girlfriend and I stopped by this Wendy’s on a road trip and were served by Kim. She had such a sweet attitude and was a delight to talk to! Made a typical gas stop a nice memory.

Great lunch. Was greeted by happy employees who seemed to be in a good mood. Fries were hot and fresh. My burger was exactly how you see it on the television.

Recently had an amazing experience. We all can make a sad person have a better day. Smiles don't cost a thing. Keeping it real my brothers and sisters. Loving our neighbors is a simple task.

I make the drive from fort campbell to cookeville twice every other week and every time I’m hungry when I pass through I stop at this Wendy’s and it’s honestly the best quality Wendy’s I’ve ever had. The fries are always fresh and crispy, and the chicken sandwich is always hot and juicy. My order is always correct including any modifications I may make and any extras like napkins or ketchup is always included and never forgotten. I also work in food service so the great quality this store puts out is so appreciated with the struggles restaurants have had since the pandemic began so wanted to give props to this store!

My kids and I stopped for lunch on vacation after hiking to a nearby waterfall. The food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly. I accidentally left my purse in the restaurant. I called after realizing it and was assured that the staff had it. I was so relieved! I would not have been able to fly home the next day without my license. I can not thank the hard working, honest staff at this location. Not one single item was missing from my purse. Tennessee has left a huge impact on me. I wish I could rate this location 10 stars! Good people do still exist. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be sure to visit this location again if I return to the area. Thank you again!

Yummy food! Always hot and fresh!!

It was nice to actually get a warm meal in the middle of the night. As a 3rd shift trucker a lot of places are closing early, so a big THANK YOU! To John and the red headed young lady for taking care of us night shift truckers!! 🚚💨💨💨

I order a chicken grilled sandwich And the meat was so fresh and juicy. It was evening shift. I wish all fast food could make fresh and tasty food like I had this one.

This store is extremely slow
