This location has my loyalty. I'm so pleased with the quick service and kind staff. The food is always so good and honestly looks like TV commercial material. I go out of my way to eat here every time I'm working in Gordonsville. Thank you Sharon and Gracie, especially.

This is one of those KFC/Taco Bell. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. When you are not sure what you want to eat I love this place. Highly recommend

Hard to find good customer service anymore. Society has really taken the smile out of it. The food was great though.

Nice and hot. Fast and friendly. Store and bathrooms were clean. Other customers in the dinning area seemed to be happy. Employees were even bringing the food out to the customers that were already seated and waiting on their orders. Nice job. Much better than my last few experiences at this location. Great improvement.

I went through the drive-thru so I don't know about the atmosphere but food was hot tried through went through quick got my food quick hot good everything I anticipated

I had a good experience here. I hate how Taco Bell changes it's menu all the time, and I struggle to get what I want. The cashier was very helpful and said he could get me what I wanted. The customized my order to meet my needs and give me something that wasn't still on the menu. It was good and hot and just how I liked it. Great customer service.

Good food and service. I eat the Taco Bell quite often. I like this place but I just came from there and got the steak and fries burrito and I'm here to tell you that item is WAY over priced. Definitely not worth the money. There were I think 3 fries on it. I thought you got a burrito AND fries but it's not that. Not at all. I'll never buy that again. Not mad...just irritated.

Fast and efficient. Friendly service and the food was good. Loved the radio station they played.

Best Chicken livers around. Besides homemade 🙃 Large portions for great price. Friendly staff. Only complaint is biscuits have gotta small.

I love it, they have KFC and taco bell in the same building. It was really clean and organized, they got my food to me quickly and it was made the right way. The customer service was fantastic as well, they were so very nice. I will definitely stop by again

Very awesome hot food. My family loves this KFC/Tba better than any other. The chicken is cooked like it should be done. The Manager was very polite and still professional. His name was Peter the store number was 1624

I was nervous ordering for my gluten free child, since this is attacjed ro a KFC. But they opened all fresh ingredients, washed their hands, wiped down the prep line, and used fresh gloves for his food. Kudos, Taco Bell, for your allergy safe practices!!

I looked online before ordering last time, and was surprised at the additional options available like guacamole! I like to eat more vegetarian, and have been ordering black bean burritos, but they always varied in how they were prepared. Now I know I can say what I want in it, and it's not a problem. The entire family enjoys the selections available, and the Cinnabon Delights are a sweet treat that are hard to resist. The employees are helpful and do their best to get the orders just the way we want. They are changing their closing times now to 8:00 p.m., which is not as convenient for us.

Great food , little bit of a wait in the drive through! But like they say , good things are worth waiting for!

Food was hot and they didn't charge us extra for my daughter's really picky order. 😒 lol

I’ve literally never had an order right here. I’m not even mad about it, they have really nice employees. But I can’t be the only person that doesn’t like the creamy jalapeño sauce 😂😂
