Ordered online and everything was ready and fresh when we got there. We only had to wait a few seconds for the milkshakes because they made them when we got there so they weren't melted. Staff was nice. Mozz Stix did not taste like dirty oil, they were fresh. Got chicken sandwich as well and that was nice and crispy made to how it was ordered with mods.

Very nice. Very helpful. Great clean place to dine in. Spilled some stuff on the floor. They got right on cleaning it up so no one fell

I stopped here when passing through. I made a mistake and ordered my sandwich wrong. Ms Debbie was so polite and offered to make it right even though It was my fault. Top notch customer service and food!

Always great food. Service is generally fast. Only complaints are ever shrinking sandwiches and supply chain related issues.

We had such a good experience here! Someone accidentally took our food and the amazing amd super friendly staff fixed the situation immediately! I have never encountered a more welcoming Arby's ever! The young man who rang us up was so sweet. The place was super clean and we appreciated the easy experience on our travels! Thank you!

The guy that waited on us was really pleasant and polite. Refreshing for a fast food place! Place was clean and service was quick. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the new gyro on their menu but other people might like them.

This is my store and we have improved by leaps and bounds. Our drive thru times are some of the best around!! My employees I know are the best around!! Thanks to all the employees we have brought the store from a decent place to a wonderful place on the last 2 years. And cudos to all my guys for dealing with the public and staying professional at all times. It's hard sometimes to work in food service but they show up everyday ready to work.

The nicest drive through employees I have ever had the pleasure of being waited on by. They were happy to answer a ton of questions at the speaker. Even though this runs up their drive through time. The employees can even get in trouble for high drive through times. However my passenger had many questions. I felt horrible, they made me feel fine about it.

I get tired of burgers so a roast beef with cheese and Arby's sauce is my go to on road trips. This location was easy to find and the drive thru was fast. It's up on a hill so we parked and ate while we watched the truckers go in and out of the Pilot next door.

I was in Crossville, and on my way back home in The Boro I wanted Arby's. As I approached Crossville's Arby's there was a huge line. Of course I knew Covid-19 would be the reason, I pulled anyway. Seconds later I changed my mind, and headed back to the long light. I noticed Crossville's Arby's was getting longer and no one was moving. That moment I knew I made the right decision. On my way back home I remembered Gordonsville's exit has an Arby's right off the exit easy on easy off.

While on the phone with my mom, I immediately complain because there are 13+ cars in the line. Before I knew it, it was my turn to order. I could not believe how fast that line went, and I'm still in shocked over it. Well it gets even better. I go to order and they were so stinkin nice! Answered all my questions, made it a combo to save me money. I just couldn't believe it....then when I pulled around I was next to pick. I didn't have to wait on the car in front of me. Then *mic drop* I gave her my money, and when she handed me back the change she handed me my SHAKE. Yes, ladies and gentlemen the girl gave me my shake before waiting on the food. You won't believe how many people I've had just let my shake sit there while they were getting my food. Not these people, why? Because they have common sense. It was the best Orange Cream Shake I had in my life. Maybe it was because I actually got it before it was a totally liquid? You won't believe this...but my food was extremely hot and the most filled GRYO I've ever had. I'm still in shock. Everything you wanted out of a fast food restaurant they delivered.

Hands down the best experience (in any fast food restaurant) and Arby's I've ever had.

The food was good and the service was fast and friendly. It might be a pain to get out due to the location but the food and service has been great every time.

I was hesitant after reading the other reviews. But our experience after coming back from the mountains was great! Nice people behind the counter, newer clean store and the food was hot and fresh!

Ethan with the curly blonde hair is very friendly and courteous, by far the best worker in the entire establishment. Also got my food out very quick.

Just went through the drive-through excellent fast service. Was having issues with my bank car being locked out & the manager without being asked to, she took care of things. Very thankful.

The best roast beef used coupons ☺ 4 ate less than 20 buck's. Arby's has Greek Gyros on pitta bread.

So I never went to Arby's then went twice lately their food is unique vs standard hamburger places. As far as fast food goes it's another option
