Jack in the Box

I'm old school and still love those tacos from Jack! The employees were really nice... please, thank you, and have a great day! Was a nice change.

I take one my special needs clients here on a...regular basis - the order never waivers but I do an idiot bit about how I want mashed potatoes or something and my client never thinks it's funny even when the cashier plays along but that's showbiz baby!

I do not usually write reviews, but I have to give a shout out to the amazing young man working the window. He was such a nice guy, personable, efficient, and got my order correct, which is rare anywhere these days! He was more than happy to add on 2 extra cakes when I got up to the window. I'm not sure what his name is, but he deserves a raise or promotion for a job well done!!

It's rare that I'd write a review at all for a fast food joint. Generally people know what to expect from these long established chains. In this case, there was a stand out young man working the window that I would regret not shouting out. Thank you Isaiah for your excellent service. You made our night. Stellar service, amazing dude.

My Fiancé Emma loves Jack in the Box. She would recommend the curly fries. I broke a world record eating this. A sub 3 minute time. Beat that, beware of road ragers in the parking lot.

We don't normally choose Jack. Thought we would try their B'fast menu. VERY surprised to enjoy their sandwiches and b'fast platter.
My son ordered the bacon, sausage platter and we were surprised to see 6 silver dollar pancakes included w/ syrup on the side. Coffee was good also. I don't know if we just hit it right or if JACK is better than we remember. It's been a long time going there, but for B'fast we are looking to try again.

Amazing service! The lady at the counter was super super sweet and brought out our food to the table we were at. She made sure we had everything we needed. I felt like I was at a sit down restaurant, not a fast food restaurant.

What can I say, it is Jack in the Box. Regardless of that, the food was exactly what I was expecting, the staff was friendly, talkative, and service was quick and everything was precisely what I expected.

I know fast food workers and locations often get a back rap, but in the case of this location, the staff does an excellent job.

I gave the establishment only 4 stars only because the dining room seems a bit dated and I don't think I would eat there, but regardless of that it was clean and tidy, so can't really complain at all.

Keep up the great work!

Edit: April 28th, 2024: Tonight I stopped by for some dinner, and with 5 cars in the drive-thru, expected a long wait and potentially frustrated employees. To my delight, Megan (unsure if I spelled it right) was pleasant, friendly, conscientious, and super service-oriented, AND my food was cooked well and fast! Give this girl a raise, great job!

BEST breakfast sandwich in the business!! All of Jack's food is good but the "loaded breakfast sandwich" RULES!! This is an insane amount of wonderful protein and flavor on tasty, toasted sourdough. Yum!!

My daughter and I went through the drive thru. The gal serving us was extremely friendly. She served us quickly and had a great attitude. It's nice to see when people actually enjoy what they are doing!!

The guy running the drive through tonight had the best customer service we have had on a long time. We came through around 11:30 pm, the drive through was packed but your team was able to get through everyone quickly and the individual we dealt with was super quick, knowledgeable and professional.

The breakfast platter was way better than I had anticipated. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

Wonderful customer service on Saturday afternoon 9/23! I wish I would have got a name. She was fantastic!! Went through the drive through.

Shout out to the 1 employee working today 9/9/22. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. Thank you for being so dedicated to your job- you need a raise. We went through the drive through from 12-12:30pm .
To the management/owners- I'm not sure why it wasn't shut down due to lack of employees, it was sad to see him doing everything by himself and knowing that customers were probably jerks due to the time it was taking. Give that employee a raise.

We went through the drivethru today and before ordering, the employee let us know that it might be about 10 minutes in line. I really appreciated that so we could make an informed decision if we had enough time to get our food and get back to work. We stayed and ordered, and when we were at the window, another customer a few cars behind us arrived, was told the same thing and was upset by the wait time. Rather than backing out of line, this person walked up to the window and began to scream at the employees that they needed to force everyone to leave the drivethru line so they could leave because he refused to be inconvenienced by having to back up.

The employee remained calm and professional. The angry customer then went back to his car and blared on his horn the entire rest of the time we were there and I'm sure even longer when we were out of earshot. The employee even apologized to us after he walked back to his car even though she was the one being berated!

I thought the employees deserved some recognition for remaining calm, collected, professional, understanding and kind during this situation.

To the gentleman in the window this evening, Dude you rock socks! From taking my order, to the Gal giving my drinks, top notch service. We had to deviate from something requested, but the recommendation turned out to be aces 👌 From the sounds of it, the front and back of the house had awesome communication (always highly regarded in the restaurant business). This is exactly the type of group you want working for you. Thanks Guys 👍👍

If the young man who took our order this morning and prepared it who is running this entire restaurant BY HIMSELF does not receive a sizeable promotion and gratuity for taking care of us and the many cars ahead of us, I will personally and happily boycott Jack in the Box. His name is Daniel and my order was number 120 and it was placed at 10:03am on the date of 10/9/2022 he was fast and kind and gave us without flaw everything we asked for.
