H&R Block

JR Stewart at H&R Block worked with us diligently to make sure we received the best outcome for our tax situation (this year and every year prior). She treats us like family and we truly look forward to working with her and the staff at this particular office every single year!

I have been going to H&R Block for years. I went to one H&R Block years ago and they told me I owed them money. A friend of mine told me I needed to see his tax lady at H&R Block on Wrightsboro Road Augusta Georgia I made an appointment with JR she was so sweet and she got me back money I've been going to her ever since. This year I was on crutches when I came in she felt so bad when I left she wheeled me out in her chair. Then she made sure I got in my car okay I would recommend her to anyone.

Lucy Keefer is AMAZING. That woman is brilliant, kind, and capable. She will let you know exactly how to get it done and take care of anything you may need, no nonsense just good quality work and efficiency. Thank you for your kindness Lucy, I will never forget it.

JR is genuinely the best. I tried to work with someone else (due to distance) and I spent almost an hour getting nowhere. JR stepped in and handled it with such ease. She goes above and beyond. She makes everything easy and takes away my stress with tax filing. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am still amazed at how great she is. If you need someone you can trust, it’s her. I'm one of those people that put off filing their taxes for years to avoid the chaos of it. I was quite nervous to get my materials together and go in and find out what was waiting for me. But J.R. Stewart has forever changed my apprehension and anxiety about filing taxes. She was intelligent, skillful, empathetic, humorous, and worked above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks to her I wound up with more money rather than less! She will be my tax person each year now and I could not recommend her and this location more.

I had a great experience! I was a first time parent so I didn't know what all I need to file, but they helped me with everything. They made sure to check every box and helped me get my maximum refund including the recovery rebate. I will definitely be returning next tax season.

Amazing service and excellent care

I always return to the same office every year so the same person can prepare my taxes. She is very thorough and always upbeat. I would recommend H & R Black and this employee to anyone needing taxes done. Have never had an unpleasant experience there.

My tax analyst, Susan, is great. She has always been a great help and has for at east the last 10 years done my taxes. As a result of her assistance, I may no longer need to file taxes and will save me a considerable sum of money. I have always had a great respect for her work.

My tax professional, Elizabeth Marchand, was very professional. She spent almost 5 hours working on my IRS transcript and 1040 X. Even though I had made some mistakes on my original return, she was very empathetic to my situation as to why I made the mistakes and was not critical or judgmental.
