Once Upon A Child

Had a wonderful experience. First time visiting business for first grandchild. Associates were kind and helpful. The store was very organized and appeared clean. Purchased an activity center/bouncer by Fisher Price. My grandson appears to really like it! I am definitely going to return to shop again at this venue.

The new location is wonderful. It's bright and well organized. I found a great pair of snow pants and an adorable bright coral jacket for my little one as well as some other cute sweaters and skirts. I went back a second time a few days ago to sell some items and my experience was easy and hassle free! Lauren was there and she was friendly, professional and helpful. Check it out!

This location is my favorite! I actually live next to the Raleigh location but make the drive to Durham instead. Extremely clean, organized, kind staff and good quality items. I will always prefer to buy/sell over at this location!

THE PEOPLE HERE ARE JUST AMAZING!
I went in looking for a stroller, not only did two young ladies pull down at least 4 for me without complaining, but after I thought I’d found the perfect one! One of the young ladies said “ma’am we have another one back here still in the box if you’d like to check it out” I’m like wow!!!!!! They voluntarily made MORE work for themselves by going the extra mile! Not only was it BRAND NEW but they PUT IT TOGETHER FOR ME ALONG WITH THE HELP OF THEIR MANAGER!! I’m still blown away from how nice and helpful everyone was! Please keep up the amazing work! I live a little more than an hour away but I will be back! I was also given the option to sign up for perks! This isn’t the first once upon a child I’ve shopped at but BY FAR the best!!!!!! We couldn’t be happier! I didn’t even know their were perks to be had until the manager told me!!!!!!!! THANKS YOU GUYS!

I’m very satisfied with my experience here they sell stuff at great fair prices and when I came to sell stuff they gave us a good amount for what they bought. The two girls who helped me were great thank y’all a bunch you helped me out big time !!!!!!

I’ve been here before with my mom shopping my for my nieces and now I’m so happy to be shopping for my baby! They always have great deals going on and I love their new baby club where you get a free gift each month up until your baby is 1 year old.Thank you Mrs. Wanda for signing me up! The store is always clean and the environment is very inviting. Great job ladies!

This store is very clean and the clothes are well organized. The price of kids clothes is so high! This place the clothes is cheap compared to Walmart. I will get my kids clothes from here for sure.

I'll never go back to the Raleigh location after coming here. The staff is friendly and helpful. If they see a line forming they will open more registers. You rarely have to wait for anything and they do great with buying baby items of good quality. I understand they don't give the MOST money or the full potential of what you could get selling used clothes on your own but it's the CONVENIENCE for me that makes it worth it. Whatever they don't buy I drop in a donation bin

Manager and staff are always friendly and helpful. My daughter loves to come in and run around, the staff are always so sweet and very patient with her. It makes shopping with a little one a bit less stressful. The clothes are always in good condition. The prices are great and I always find clothes and accessories that my child is always getting complimented on. People still need to realize that this is a second hand store, you are not always going to find exactly everything you want everytime. That's the fun of second hand stores, when you do find something awesome it's like gold;)

Love this store! They have great items and rewards.The staff goes out of their way to help. I couldn’t find my receipt I needed after a larger purchase and they were able to locate it in their system email me one :)

I love this store. I buy from them for my kids quite often and also take my children's clothes that they have outgrown here to sell. I always end up spending the amount I would've received if not more. I can always find something for the kids here. Never fails. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful as well..with the acception of two that I have dealt with. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Once Upon a Child. ❤

I've been a customer here for almost 7 years every single time I shop here I am more than pleased with my experience. They have top notch quality inventory and great prices. They have equipment and books, toys, and costumes. The customer service is exceptional! They are extremely clean and offer a rewards system. I will always be a loyal customer here!

You don't always know what you are going to find from visit-to-visit, but you can generally get some exceptional deals. We happened to show up during a sale and picked up some great clothes for a $1/item, with most stuff originally from Carter's or comparable stores. They also have a great selection of shoes, which they separate by size on the back wall. You have to look, but you can get some lightly used shoes for a good price. I would highly recommend going early, as we had the store to ourselves early on a Saturday morning.

This place is great. There are a lot of choices: I always find something nice. I think I got something for each department: clothes, toys, shoes, nursery accessories, Halloween costumes, and Thanksgiving themed sweaters. I saved a ton of money, and still most things looked like new. The fact that you can sell anything back is great. Staff is always welcoming.

I love this place, they're so friendly and helpful, I just bought a stroller from them today and I get all my baby clothes from here. From premie to like 5-8 year clothing and other items at an outstanding price.

I can not recommend this place enough. When my sister’s fly down from Maine - we stop here on the way back from the airport!!!!

REMEMBER: In order to have reasonable prices on goods - the staff MUST multitask. This is not bad customer service on their end - rather it’s what keeps the store running.

I have never been this excited in my life over saving so much. They are having a 90% off on yellow tag items, I bought over 70plus items spent $90 or so. The manager is a very friendly lady I totally forgot to get her name thank you all for being amazing 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
