Autobell Car Wash

Inside hadn’t been cleaned in months. Came to autobell and Tyler and Ethan did a great job. They were very thorough and extremely helpful when I asked them questions.

I've visited Autobell car wash twice now, and I have mixed feelings about the automated wash. It seems a bit short, and I'm not entirely sure about its effectiveness. However, the highlight for me is the excellent hand drying service for both the interior and exterior. The staff really takes their time to ensure a great result, and I'm quite pleased with that aspect. I highly recommend this place, but be sure to have some cash on hand to tip the hardworking staff.

This is my go to car wash and I’d highly recommend getting a subscription. If you’re expecting perfection then go to an actual detailer and expect to pay $150+. If your car needs extra attention they are happy to help but be sure to tip them. Maintaining a clean car is easier than waiting to clean a mess in one go. Not a bad deal for about $10 a week!

Quick and nice service. I don't do well with being in the car driving through the wash, so the serviceman was happy to do it for me! Thanks so much. Had a couple of spots on my seats from where they sat the bottles of cleaner and when brought to their attention they quickly took care of it! Very friendly staff!

I am so impressed with this carwash today (5/13).

I arrived at 730 thinking I would beat the crowds and everyone else had the same idea. There were only two guys working when I arrived, Sean and Chase.

While the wait was longer than normal, I watched these two guys bust their tails to get everything done. Whether running back and forth between putting cars through the wash and then running to help with interiors, or ensuring the quality of the interior work wasn't rushed....it was clear they weren't going to reduce the standard of service.

Other guests took the opportunity to complain about the wait and lack of customer service, but as someone who comes from the service industry, what I witnessed was exactly what they should have been doing.

Hats off gentleman. Thank you for working so hard and making sure the reputation of your store stayed in tact despite being crazy busy. I wish others saw what I did - exemplary work.

Always great, the boys greet me with a smile when they see me, I come here on a regular.

I went here my first time yesterday. This place was amazing. It was easy to get in and out while running errands and they did a great job cleaning our car for a good price. Love it!

Update: Updated to 5 stars. Went back again and got the $18 full service interior and exterior cleaning. They did a great, thorough job. They were quick, explained all the packages ahead of time. Will come again.

Paid $35 + tax for the armor all special because I wanted a good detailing. They barely wiped the surfaces. They definitely did not use any special products when compared to my usual basic service. Also despite asking them for fragrance, they did not apply. They did not wipe the center console - there was some dried sauce there right next to driver thigh, above seat level so easily visible. They did not wipe it. I recommend only paying for the basic service as upgrading seems like a scam. Took them about 8 minutes for the process from starting to the end with 2 people working. They did not wipe side or rear view mirrors either. They did not vacuum trunk. barely vacuumed the mats, did not vacuum the seats at all. I was watching them do it, I wonder how little they would've done if I was not watching.

They did a great job. At first I thought of rating a little lower because there was any clear direction on the process (In other words, since covid the entry/exit process changed and I wasn't clear on staying in the car or out, where to park once leaving the drive-through wash, etc) But...These guys were great and worked very hard. I really appreciated their hustle to get vehicles clean and the wait times short. I was very pleased with the wash and I tipped them accordingly!

I had the privilege of meeting Julius. He was so pleasant to deal with. I told him that I didn't have cash to give him a tip and he said don't worry about it. And that's its no big deal. It's strange to hear that from a young person now a days. This was on Friday. So today (Monday) I came by to give him some cash and Chase informed me that he went back to college. I wish Julius all the best in the future. I hope he sees this message.

They guys are fast, efficient, and courteous! I’d recommend auto bell to anyone that needs a great wash in less then 20 minutes.

I am super impressed by the excellent shine on my car! After paying more money at a different car wash for years, I decided to try Auto Bell in Brier Creek. For $19.99, I still have an amazing shine on the outside of my car, and it's been 3 weeks!! My carpets were thoroughly vacuumed, the seats, dash, and console were all wiped down, and I am very happy with the quality of service I received. I see a number of negative reviews, but I had a complete opposite experience! Since some people just post when they are not happy with something, I wanted to put my review out there too. I will definitely go back to Autobell!

Love the quick ride-through option, and they do a great job in the detailing at the higher tiers.

Two years later and they have continued the high level of attention to detail. These folks doing the detailing really work their butts off, even in the heat!

They are always very nice and professional.

Been to Autobell numerous times to have my truck washed. They get it done quickly and it's not too expensive if you get one of the cheaper car wash options. If you aren't happy with the cleaning they will clean it before you leave and even run it back through the car wash if needed.

The guys here didn't excellent job. I was here first thing in the morning so it wasn't busy and even though it took longer than expected, they were nice and chit chatted with me the whole time. I appreciated that in my customer service experience.
