Loveland Chophouse

My wife and I went for our anniversary and everything was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and the risotto was delicious as well. The service was professional, helpful, and not overbearing. We’re definitely planning on going back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

A great fine dining experience, without all the stuffiness. I had a classic 8 oz filet and asked for medium rare. As you can see from the picture it was on target for most especially given that it was not 10 oz or larger. (I personally like mine slightly less cooked, but it was pretty damn close given the size)

Second the special risotto was awesome. Make sure you listen to the specials, especially for the sides.

Definitely a must EAT! Food was excellent and my filet was so tender you could almost cut it with a butter knife, cooked perfectly rare plus! The special was a citrus glazed salmon, and was wondeful. The dessert made my inner fat kid smile!Service was great and overall had an amazing time with friends. Parking is gona be your only challenge!

Absolutely love this place in Loveland! Great place for a date night! I also had the best waitress last night. Heather was absolutely incredible! She was incredibly kind, and on top of it with service! I hope I can have her as a waitress when we go back.

The staff was wonderful - very accommodating - we didn't have a reservation, but someone never showed up for theirs so they got us a table.
Our server Isabella was great - attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Will definitely go back as it was my first time there.

We love Chophouse for a special occasion. The food is exceptional and the staff knowledgeable. I would suggest making a reservation ahead of time, which is easy to schedule online. While the restaurant is small, the atmosphere is nice. They also have a promising drink menu.

As far as recommendations, the shrimp and scallops appetizer is amazing- we get it every time. The filet, pork chop, and chicken marsala have become favorites as well. Finally, the creme brulee and turtle cheesecake are a wonderful way to end your meal.

Update 8/2019-Excellent customer experience provided by one of the elite servers I have come across in my many years of dining. Emily was outstanding and shows an attention to detail that is unsurpassed, and is always pleasant and smiling. The quality and flavor that is prepared by the chefs never wains. Will always recommend this restaurant.

Another time back and as good as the first. Excellent food, flavor, and service provided with drink specialties and an excellent wine selection. Overall, the customer experience and ambiance makes this one of Loveland’s finest restaurants. That being said, you get what you pay for, although, there are more wallet friendly items on the menu.

I was super impressed. Historic building with beautiful brick on the inside. Filet was divine, truffle fries were great! Also anytime I can get a French 75 it makes me happy!

My mother booked reservations to this steakhouse before we left for a quick trip to CO. The cozy and high-quality atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We were impressed by our service from Connor, who gave us helpful tips and recommendations of where to explore the area, which we greatly appreciated. We had such a lovely time and ended up staying late for dessert, thank you Connor and everyone in the back of the house for such a delicious and classy dinner!

Our first and not last experience here was amazing. We had a wonderful enthusiastic server Zach b. He was so knowledgeable and so happy to be there. We would recommend to go here 100% the food was delicious and service was amazing beyond belief ! The mussels are to die for ! We will be back !!!

I decided to treat myself for my birthday at the Chophouse, I couldn’t have made a better choice. I was lucky enough to be served by a wonderful girl named Kat, she was absolutely amazing, from the service to making me feel special on my bday. There is no doubt I will be returning to this 5 star establishment, and sharing my experience with others. Thank you for the delicious food and thank you Kat for the outstanding service/experience.

Great service, atmosphere and food. I was here for a birthday and later, a company party. Enjoyed them both. If you love a good steak look no further!

Went here with friends for our 5 year anniversary dinner….. the food was AMAZING!! We had filet, ribeye, and ny strip. Everyone loved every steak and sides!! Best meal we’ve had out in a while!! High quality meat and cooked to perfection for everyone!! Our server Connor was so friendly and attentive. He even gave us a special treat for our anniversary!! Enjoyed the entire evening and will be back!

Calling all steak lovers, if you are in Downtown Loveland this is THE steakhouse to try! Incredibly beefy flavor, with seasoning that accented the taste perfectly; not overpowering. Immaculate service, paired with a warm & inviting atmosphere made for an exceptional experience!

If Connor doesn't serve you... you can wait for him. Excellent service that you don't see in Loveland. You can honestly tell, he cares about you as a customer . Food is excellent and quiet cute setting.

What a wonderful, refreshing experience! Not only was every bite of food amazing, the service was unlike anything we have experienced in a long time. Connor was our waiter and he was so personable. We will make it a point to come here every time we visit Colorado!

First time... Connor was AMAZING everything he recommended was cooked to perfection and came out HOT tasted Great best for we've food we have had of this caliber in awhile. We had Horseradish encrusted Filet Mignon, Stuffed Salmon, Caesar Dinner salad with Blackened Salmon, On the Wagon Mule Drink. Everything was Great and just like Conner described. Oh also the Creme Brulee dessert. 10 star's

Sensational vibes the moment my party walked in. The instant greeting, the ambience of the lighting, the soft oldies in the background — Wonderful. As soon as we were seated at our table, we were greeted by our server, Connor. Connor was well versed on every item on the menu, had great recommendations and was also polite, friendly, funny and very personable.
I decided to go for the Queen Violette cocktail and the stuffed salmon with the risotto special. The Queen Violette was recommended by Connor and offered refreshing floral notes with a light citrus twist— positively delightful. The stuffed salmon was unlike any dish I’ve had before. The salmon itself was exceptionally cooked: light, just the right amount of flakiness and perfectly juicy. The stuffing itself added such a delectable texture to the salmon… a perfect match one might say. The risotto was strangely nostalgic- very homey and a nice way to end the meal. My party also shared the charcuterie board. I appreciated the fact that the dish itself was ideal for sharing and had a good selection of cheeses and meats. I wish there had been a fruit or nut option, however, all things considered, every piece on the board was 5/5. To sign off, I would definitely recommend the Loveland Chophouse and can’t wait to come back. Thanks for the excellent service, Connor!

The balsamic salmon is consistently amazing, the staff are always knowledgeable and upbeat. Thank you for making me birthday great!
