This spot is one of the locals favorite place to go sit back and listen to the sounds of nature. The birds and trees compliment the waterfalls water sounds like a peaceful sympathy. At the bottom of the falls is a nice little swim hole for any and everyone that needs a quick Splish splash to cool down and get out of the heat. There's plenty of trees that keep the area with lots of shade. I will say keep your eye out for the poison ivy that grows wild in any woods in Augusta or a possible wild critter. Most of all it's just a great time outdoors.

Great place huge and clean. Bathrooms were closed because people keep vandalizing them but I’d probably shut them too. Overall beautiful place

Amazing park! Beautiful views throughout. Perfect for walking, running, biking, or just relaxing near the creek enjoying what nature has to offer. Highly recommend visiting if you are ever in the area

This place is just beautiful! It's a great place to take a walk, ride a bike, swim, go Canoeing, or just sit and relax while working or reading. It's also completely free. I love sitting next to the waterfall or the lake and just reading. I will miss this beautiful location as I do not live in Augusta Georgia. It was great while I was there.

This locale is an absolute gem! A bit off of the beaten path (if you try to follow Google Maps you will get a pin smack dab in the middle of Highway 104!) Once you DO arrive, it is gorgeous. There are trails with lush greenery and stunning views of The Savannah River, Rae's Creek and the Augusta Canal.  Not to be missed are the various aqueduct structures and although the water level was fairly low, we still had a sighting of a waterfall (not as robust as I would have liked) but still beautiful to see. Several of the trails meander through brushy, wooded areas. And as a reminder, that we were visitors within Mother Nature's domain, two fawns bolted across one of the trails we were on, about 50 feet in front of us! And yes, I was keenly checking for the Mom! A great day trip (and the park is free!) for hiking, swimming or bike riding or just soaking up some sun and good vibes! If you are in the area and have the time, add the Aqueduct Park to your itinerary!

This place is absolutely wonderful for some outdoor activities. Families, friends and couples to hang out. A perfect for a nice quiet picnic date as well. Go check it out, you might be glad that you did.

A very nice place to go and relax. If you don't mind people fishing and also just vibing. Has different walking trails to enjoy as well.

We LOVE this park! We spend hours here when we go and have been at least 4 times in the 4 months we have lived here. The water is always COLD, which is super nice on a hot Georgia day! I can't say enough good things about this place.

The one negative is that it is usually fairly littered, so I try to bring a bag or two to pick up things I see 😓

It’s a bit of a hidden gem but well worth it. Very dog friendly, lots of wildlife to see and photograph. Not a lot of trash or waste around, everyone who comes seems very respectful of the area. Perfect for quick hikes or picnics.

If you are up for a walk start from the rapids then be rewarded by this place. Nice to sit and relax after hiking or biking along the trail. This place is somewhat not known to many.

This was the first time visiting for my wife and I. We walked maybe 5 miles of the trail. Absolutely beautiful scenery.

Great place for a walk. Note that this time of year may not be the best time for the falls tho…
