What can I say, American Made Signs is the epidemy of a great American sign company. Whether it be a personal signage or graphic needed or a large sale install or repair, these guys are who you want to do buisness with. Professional and personable it's not only a service but an experience. The best bar none.

American Made Signs are great! I have used them several times for parking signs. I get a quote from them faster than any other vendors I have ever worked with. The orders get completed very fast too! I will definitely be sending more business to them!

For a tribute memory board for a fallen son, Brion was considerate, thoughtful, respectful and produced a tribute that is cherished by the family. Brion Draper is the perfect of example of a local business owner doing good in the community. The effort, timeliness and over all product quality are better than what a lot of big-time sign companies will provide. AMS is in Charlottesville but don't let that stop you from giving them a call if you're not in the area. AMS' services are state-wide!

DO NOT USE. I tried to work with them for just over a month. There was so much back and forth it was ridiculous. I gave them a rough draft of what I wanted, they come back with something completely different, but okay, so with a few changes I think it would be better.

I had to email them at least 5 times to get them to format the website name so it was easy to read, just to get it back to where I had it to begin with. I asked them to not just repeat the same picture on each door, so they come up with something completely different and then get upset when I don't like it the first time I see it. I ask over and over and over for a design for the back of the car, and when I finally get it THEY HAD THE WRONG COMPANY NAME ON IT!. Not the one on my design, or website, or anything else that has to do with my business. And yet again, the website wasn't what it should be (why would I want it one way on the side and something completely different on the back?).

They kept trying to get me to come in so their designer could work with me directly, all it would take is an email with a few options for images to use, I don't know why that was so hard for them.

All the communication went through their front desk person, and I know she tried hard to make it work, but sometimes you just have to allow direct communication between the client and the designer because it obviously wasn't working.

I can't believe a company that does this for a living could be so unprofessional about it. I felt bad because I knew they were putting time and effort in to getting me something worth doing, but they gave up. They said there was too much back and forth. Well, there wouldn't have been if they would have just read the emails and done what I clearly asked for, but that was too much for them to handle. So in the end I lost a whole month of having lettering on my car and have to start all over again with another company.

And then, after all that, he leaves a negative review on my business as retaliation for leaving an honest one here. What a joke.
