I’ve been a customer for several years and each time I’ve been in the store I’ve had a good experience. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful with any question. If they don’t have it, they can get it. It may take a few weeks to come in but they make it happen. They’re busy for a reason. It’s because they’re the best gun store around. Give these guys a chance to earn your business you won’t be disappointed. And now they have a bow shop with range to sight in or practice with your purchase. I just wanna say thanks to Truman, Aaron and the rest of the crew.

We walked in to check out their archery selection as we’re looking to get into the sport. Shane really went above and beyond, talking us through everything from bow selection to arrows, to clubs/group shoots. He even helped us with our shooting form, encouraging us as new people dipping our toes in. Fantastic store with great people working there, will definitely be going back.

Highly recommend these guys. Spent an hour or so with Greg at the archery center and man what a difference it made. Hooked me up with a great bow and got me dialed in quickly.

This is a premier gun and accessories shop in the Metro area. Super friendly and very knowledgeable with an array of services. They also have a large selection of consignment firearms of all types.

The guys here are the best. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it. And the prices cannot be beat. They have taken care of me many, many times. I'm pretty lucky to have such a great store near the house. Wife does not approve of this message.

Truman is very helpful. I am an Indian guy who has passion for guns and I was welcomed here like I have been coming here for years. Staff is super friendly. Guns ares superb and when nobody else has ammo they got it. Bought three guns from them so far and the collection has just started. Told everyone about them and sent almost 10 people to their store and they all loved them. Love the flags around the store. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you guys you are amazing.

Love the selection of guns and bows. They have a really nice indoor archery range. Know that when you walk in you will be greeted with a smile and a helpful voice. Recommend if you come to Simpsonville to stop by and check them out.

I bought a new Ruger PC Charger from them and had a Franklin Armory binary triggered installed. I called to come and pick it up and pay my bill. When I got there salesman said Aaron installed it and said no charge. Merry Christmas! I didn't get to talk to him because he was teaching a class but want him to know how much I appreciate his generosity and want to say Thanks!

The Staff is very friendly & Extremely Knowledgeable! Prices are Competitive if not downright BETTER than average. They have an Excellent Selection of firearms at all times. Aaron, Truman, and the Staff are like Family to me. I trust their judgement & opinions on everything.

When you walk into the store they immediately make you feel welcome. Prices are good. I went there just to check them out, bought 2 30 round ar15 mags and put a deposit on a handgun! They offer an awesome layaway program. I am a repeat customer for sure.

I will give it to them I don’t ever write reviews on stores I’m really hard to please when it comes to gun shops but ops in Simpsonville is the best store I have ever shopped at “Truman” is my main guy there and he is the best he’s nice and considerate for sure he definitely puts customers first. I wanted a gun but someone bought it and so the next time it came in was about a year but Truman didn’t forget about me so he texted me right away and said it’s in and I went and picked it up. Best store ever and I will never go to another gun store again

Best Gun Shop in Kentucky! The owner is a Navy Seal and takes pride in providing the the highest quality customer service. Shelves are always stocked with new rifles, shotguns, and pistols..and even some on consignment. Need a new hunting bow? Ops Supply has you covered. They also maintain an ample supply of ammo when other shops have none. Need to cerekote your firearm? Ops Supply can make that happen. Ops Supply has my highest recommendation.
