Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Best DQ on this planet! These folks know how to make biscuits and sausage gravy. I drive 20 extra miles to go to this one. Excellent product and service.

This store is on the north side on I64, across the Interstate from the outlet mall shops which are on the south side. It’s an easy exit from the Interstate & unlike many exits in the L’ville area, it’s just as easy to get back on, whether going east or west. Typical DQ store, so no menu surprises here. Food served hot, treats served cold, all comes out quick & correct. Plenty of free parking.

I come here almost everyday of the work week. The staff is always friendly, service is fast and I usually get a shake which is always good. The atmosphere is the drive thru so I am unsure about inside of building.

They stayed open later to serve our bus full of 8th graders. They were fast and the food was good. They only had four workers and didn't complain about staying two hours later or dealing with our large, loud group. Such great service in a time when it's hard to find. It was much appreciated!

This location is exemplary for the fact that while being under staffed with just a manager and 1 employee they still managed to clear the lobby and handle their drive thru. The manager told me he had been written up even while keeping the store in his best interest. This young man deserves an accommodation instead of reprimand. Clean lobby, attentive to the senior citizens in the line and still being friendly. I wish I could give them 10 stars and shame on senior management for leaving this store short handed.

Food and atmosphere is awesome! They have so many different blizzards to choose from and they're better then any milkshake. The onion rings are superb! The chicken strip basket is so yummy...it comes with a small cup of country gravy to dip the chicken strips and texas toast in. The burgers are mouth watering. I would recommend Dairy Queen anytime!

The food was absolutely delicious! Even through the drive-thru, the guy was super polite and told us it would be a few minutes before our food would be even ready. Even after all that a few minutes later our food was done. The guy was so nice and even apologized for the waiting. We will be back!

We went after 9 and we're impressed they actually could make the royal blizzards how they're meant to be. Every other time it is simply mashed together. Good quick service!

Very good service and ice cream! The resturant was very clean and very nice looking. The employee who took and brought us our order, Ian F, was very nice and fast. He immediately asked us if we had been helped and stopped what he was doing to take our orders. Overall, a great experience!

Clean friendly staff and an exceptional general manager . My food is always right my Fry's are always hot. Nothing really to complain about. Most everyone always seems to be doing something when I go by just a good hard working crew.

Was there Saturday Morning, June 22 around 9:45 am. The absolute best blizzard I've ever had! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! First time ever my blizzard was mixed from the top of the large cup to the bottom. Had the amount of Reece's in it that I expect and paid for. I've been to a lot of DQ's in my life, and this one really impressed me. Hope it wasn't a one time thing. Keep up the good work! We pay a lot for blizzards and deserve the best.

Great place since new owners bought it. I refused to give Dairy Queen any of my hard earned money when the people before the current owners were there. They just didn't know how to run a good business in my opinion. The staff were rude, as well as the owners themselves! The food was always cold and gross! Now all that has changed for the better! I we eat there frequently now. I always liked DQ just now Shelbyville's but now its safe to frequent again!

Omgosh!!! Just had the best order of Biscuits and gravy from DQ since 1980. I mean it. These nice people at Simp sure care about doing things right. Perfect! Thank you.

Just left this location for the 2nd time today went in earlier for lunch and just now for some ice cream. It was wonderful service and Megan (I think that was her name) is such a sweet lady!! Will definitely be back next time we're in town!!!

We've visited 3 times so far and it's been a great experience every time. Staff have been prompt and friendly. We've never been inside only used drive thru but the outside looks clean

Place has improved a lot since the last couple months, food is better, inside was remodeled and cleaned. The staff is very nice and kind if there is a mistake there quit to fix it and do anything to make sure your happy

Great day to go to Dairy Queen. Got the banana split and then sat outside to enjoy. Great service with a smile.

Clean, polite, fast, and the cheese curds are so delicious! A very nice spot for a meal.
