Hannapel

This review is way overdue! We remodeled our kitchen a few years back and worked with their great designer - Nina Medlin - to get us everything we wanted. They were prompt with all request and gave us a great price and we love the cabinets. When the project was done we were delighted with the results but never expected years later for Hannapels to still be taking care of us. We had a few damaged cabinets and I requested to buy replacements (our fault). Nina not only ordered immediately but they GAVE us the replacements after she advised they were covered under warranty which I was unaware of (or forgotten) Thank you Hannapel's, and especially Nina for your great customer service!! You could have easily handled my request very differently but the value placed on your customers was evident!

Should've left the review sooner. Last summer I ordered 21 windows from Scott. Super helpful. Everything came quicker than they said and they maintained good communication. Over $12k cheaper than lowes to get the windows from hannapel and install myself. Other Scott delivered the windows for no additional charge. Go here before lowes.

I had a small project adding built in cabinets and a floating shelf at the end of a hallway and they were easy to work with. Hannapel's provides excellent customer service and one of a kind professional design! .

My husband and I were looking for and new patio door. The one we had came from Hannapel 40 years ago. The staff was very informative on there products and others that are comparable. I was very impressed and just because the Anderson door had two more features than Pella, and for the same price of course we went with Anderson again. Awesome customer service they came out and measured my door, and gave me recommended contractors.
