What a wonderful guy. Went out of his way to help me with a battery. Fuzzy paid close attention to help me and he made it look effortless.

Customer service seems to be lost in this day and age, Sam's please keep this guy, he deserves more than less.

There was a mistake for our online order but the manager, Sarah, was so kind and helpful. She helped us find the product at another Sam’s club and asked their Manger to stay a few minutes after closing to ensure we got what we needed. Pleased with their customer service!

Looking for FANTASTIC birthday cakes and cupcakes for a super reasonable price? My now 4year old daughter requested a Teal Unicorn cake with yellow writing and LOTS of sprinkles?? No problem! Sam's Club rocks!

Stopped for the gas, today it was 30 cents cheaper than any other place near by. (With membership only.) This is the only type of gas station you can go in the store and get snacks for a great deal.

Very happy with my tires and Matt (Inahat) and Gary are awesome and super helpful and made an extremely stressful situation a little bit better, they got me in and out in a timely manner and were very professional and kind. I will definitely recommend you guys

I've always had a good experience at Sam's club. A few things out of stock, but I'm sure they'll be back in stock soon. Everyone is friendly there.

Brianna helped our sober house get a membership. She also helped us with using our checks at the register at checkout and she did a great job. We look forward to many years of business with Sam's club

Good clean store. Always nice to go to different sams and see what they have. Love finding sale stuff here. They sams in foco vs the sams in loveland always have different stuff.

Shop here all the time, store's great but wanted to give a big thank you to STEVE who oversees the gas station - locked my keys, phone and purse in my car one day while I was getting gas. First time I'd ever done this so I almost freaked out but Steve was calm and collected and let me use the phone to troubleshoot the situation....he then went above and beyond and let me use personal cell when I couldn't make a long distance call to a family member. I was there for almost 2 and a half hours and Steve was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable the whole time.
Meant a lot to me during a crazy experience - appreciate you Steve and hopefully Sam's will honor you for your awesome customer service! Thank you again!

Sam's club is awesome. The staff here is really friendly. The scan and go feature is the best thing ever. It's nice to not have to wait in line. I definitely recommend being a member here.

Easy and quick to find what I was looking for and the Scan & Go feature made checkout a breeze. The Cafe has great pizza and churros too!

I did some instacart orders at this place for the first time today, and I'm very unfamiliar with the store because I'm from out of town. Most of the items I was shopping for were easy to find, especially for a large, overwhelming sort of place, but the staff here were so awesome with helping me find items that were difficult to locate. A special shout out to Morgan for his help and kindness. Thank you for making life easier!

The workers here (all of them) are awesome! It's a welcoming store and they go above and beyond to help. My only complaint is the tire area, but that's a corporate issue. Just go across the street to discount tire. Other than that, I love this location!

Autumn and Cassidy were so kind, professional and courteous helping me get signed up with Scan and Go. I had a few issues, all which they remedied. I literally was ready to give up, but they kept fixing each issue I had until it was done. I greatly appreciate their time

Tried the scan and go feature for the first time and it was so easy and so convenient! Especially useful if you just have a few things in your cart but I believe it would be even more helpful if you have a full cart on a busy day with long lines. Plus I saved $10 ( a one time promo) for using the new scan and go. Win win!

Loved my visit at Loveland CO. The main reason for my visit was to get my booster shot. The associates at the pharmacy were very accommodating and very helpful. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.

Sam's Club continues to offer bulk items for businesses and large families. However, the service or the lack of, has made shopping at Sam's club unpleasant. You can tell who works there!

I love Sam's! I shop for food that I can't find anywhere else and the price of items there are significantly lower than any other store. I love the artichoke hearts in a huge jar, croutons, and in house meals made fresh day. Member's Mark toilet paper is high quality and such a reasonable cost, as are all the products marketed under that name. I love name brand prepackaged salads and deli meats, cheeses and bread for sandwiches and the bakery is phenomenal. The store is clean, bathrooms too, and employees are helpful and kind.
