I have had an excellent experience so far. To date, I have only received one piece of mail, which arrived yesterday on 9/4/2024. I was notified right away and went to Staples to pick it up the same day. I simply provided my mailbox number and was promptly given my mail. I am a very satisfied customer. The cost is very effective for this service, as I am only paying $9.95 per month right now.

I am not real active but my first experience was excellent . Mhaving the ability to see the mail before picking it up keeps my time free because if it is not important, I can get it when I have a moment. It also permits me access when I need it. Best move I made in a while.

I was having issues with Form 1583, which is required by USPS and chatting with customer service was a breeze. I chatted with 2 people and they were both friendly and professional. This was one of the easiest CS chats I've ever had. Keep up the great work!

I have a box at iPostal in Columbia, SC and am so pleased with the location here. Fred is amazing! He is very pleasant, provides superb customer service, is patient, and goes the extra mile. The website itself can be somewhat unclear and unintuitive but the price and availability is unmatched. Customer service definitely makes up for it. Shavonna had wonderful response time, was friendly, and helpful! Got straight to the point and did exactly what I needed.

I've had a great experience with iPostal1 so far (I was previously with Anytime Mailbox). I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes for someone to assist me via chat support. The process of submitting USPS form 1583 was super easy and I was approved the next business day. The virtual mailbox location I chose this time around is a lot more helpful and friendlier than the previous location. I'm glad I no longer have to pay $2 for every mail/package pickup.

I'm a fairly new customer. I've only had one minor incident (one of their hosting facilities closed its doors) and they were extremely accommodating to ensure the transfer to a new location went smoothly. So far, everything is working out great!

Happy to have my packages 📦 sent here the gentleman who helped me with a treadmill was friendly and very professional! I got the help I needed and was informed about my delivery , they definitely go above and beyond for their customers! I’ve had bad experience in the past with packages and locating them with my apartments so I’m glad to come here!

So far, really good experience kind of clunky getting the forms figured out, but they’re responsive Team is quick and friendly even though it’s a new process we haven’t been used to. They have made it very accessible. Many thanks to Maria on chat support for her quick and efficient help today. What a pleasure to work with her. We’re new to the service overall so I can’t speak to how effective and functional it is, but it looks very promising.

Kimmie provided extraordinary 1583 support. She was incredibly patient with me, giving me outstanding step-by-step instructions to download documents from my phone to my laptop, and then download to iPostal1 1583 chat support. Please consider a raise for this wonderful woman. I cannot praise her enough.

The iPostal service has been great. While the USPS 1583 form setup process can be a bit confusing, Kimmie in the 1583 Team patiently stayed on the phone with me through the online notoriety session--even helping me with my own browser technical issues along the way. This is my second time using iPostal, and both times customer service has been responsive and clearly spoken. This is a great alternative to a traditional PO box.

I really enjoy this service. The price is perfect for having a separate mail box. And customer service is easy via chat. I didn't know I was supposed to schedule a pickup before I went to retrieve my mail, and David was able to help me.

They are the best. Our truck was broken down. I couldn't pick up my mail. I just messaged them that I couldn't get there and they extended the pick up date so I wasn't charged 57.00 for my one package. They are all very nice and I'm glad I picked them as my mail service

Using chat was great. Realized I signed up with location that didn't do international shipping. Agent had all the info needed and made switching box location very easy.

Seamless experience! This is my first time with a virtual mailbox -I have had a PO Box before - and it’s pretty great. No keys to lose and definitely a step up in service!
