Sushi Jooa

Visiting a friend in Loveland and took a chance on this place because they were open late. When we showed up at ~1100 we were the only customers, and the decor looked tacky and we were a smidge apprehensive. This place blew my mind. Our server was charming and attentive. The portion sizes were comically large and the presentation was enticing. Every thing we ordered was amazing and I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough.

The kids meals are ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE and frankly all the food feels like artwork. Service is just a little slow but makes up for it in friendliness. I highly recommend the veggie tempura, which has a nice variety and tasty dipping sauce.
I've also been for lunch and the bento boxes, while above the normal price point for a lunch, are so. dang. good.

A couple of my friends and I go out for sushi about every month or so, and this is our go to place when we want really nice quality sushi. It's been great every time and even when I get orders to go. They live in Fort Collins, but drive down here for sushi.

I was not expecting to love this place so much! We are looking for the best sushi restaurant in northern Colorado and so far out of what we have tried, this wins by a landslide. We went for the lunch special which you always expect to be decent, but it blew me away! The pieces of fish were huge in the rolls so fresh. Some of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had in my life, can’t wait to go back.

Hands down. This is the best sushi place in Northern Colorado. I've tried several in Fort Collins and Loveland area and this is my favorite. Amazing flavors and they don't skimp on the fish.

Absolutely loved the flavors! Had a blast trying out Yakisoba (seafood edition), Korean bibimbap, and oh my, the Ahi Tower stole the spotlight! Best Tuna tower we've had, hands down. Service was fantastic, and the ambiance? Spot on. Highly recommend the Ahi Tower, a must-try for any foodie! 👌🏼

***Update*** Just had lunch here with friends again and this place is still getting 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I took pictures this time!!! Delicious and service is to perfection! I ate bit of everything before I took pictures because it's really that delicious!

First time eating here. Their food is delicious! I should have taken pictures of their presentation but was visiting with friends I had not seen in a year. The service was superb! I will be eating here again.

We've been going to this restaurant for years now, we will always come back. Great food. Great staff. Great area. The sushi chefs and owner are amazing!

We love this little sushi stop! Everything is fresh and tasty, and reasonably priced. We love their salmon and yellowtail rolls. Service is always quick, friendly, and responsive.

My only thought every time we eat in is that I want to bring a Swiffer and dust the place down! Not enough of a complaint to keep us away, though. Kampai!

Got take out from @sushijooa in Loveland. At first I was disappointed, I saw they had miso black cod on an older menu on their website but they stopped serving it recently. The person helping me was great and steered me toward the miso salmon which turned out to be really good. The ebi and hamachi nigiri were very good and fresh. The roll was the garlic albacore roll—also amazing.

My boyfriend took me to eat here because we both love sushi and I'm glad we did. Everything we had was delicious! The servers were very nice, attentive, and smiling. Great atmosphere. Definitely going to come back.

My wife and I were just in this town visiting from Oregon and came across this sushi place. We decided to give it a try and we were so delighted by how amazing this place was. It had everything from amazing decorations, great covid protocols and the food was so fresh and flavorful. Our wait staff Derrick and Emily went above and beyond to make our experience One of a kind. Highly recommended!

Need a great place for sushi faire, look no further. New ownership and a fresh facelift have made this place a new “go to” hit. Fresh fantastic flavor with a flare. Presentation is only a hint to how good the sushi tastes. Excellent customer experience with a smile provided by Lindsay. I would say this place will be super busy soon, therefore, check it out soon.

By far my favorite sushi restaurant in Northern Colorado. Between the service, the atmosphere, and the quality of the sushi, Sushi Jooa is a unique gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for seafood in Colorado.

Visiting from Louisiana to see some friends and family. McCall was our server and she was absolutely incredible. Loved her. Incredibly friendly, super attentive even though it was busy and hysterical! 10/10 server.

Everything was delicious and prepared beautifully. I sat at the bar with the sushi chef like I usually do and he prepared me what he thought was the best stuff on his menu for the day.

They had just ran out of tuna so he gave me some salmon and some yellowtail and then prepared me a torched version of some beautiful sushi that I'm not even sure with the name was but it was delicious and it looked great.

Service was good. I got checked on often and my ichiban was always full. The waiter was cool, Fun to talk to and prompt.

All in all it was a pretty good visit. I really liked it and I will be back.

Excellent service, speed and quality. The ahi appetizers were absolutely perfect. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I go here almost every Sunday for the lunch special as soon as they open. Great quality sushi for a fairly low price. Everything we have tried tasted great. Definitely recommend.

The kiss of fire roll was fun. Too much vinegar sauce for my preference because I like the fish flavors to come forward more usually. But fun. I got ikura with quail egg as well. The brine was a bit sweet. I prefer lighter salt brine, again so fish flavor comes forward more, but it fresh which can be tricky to find around here. Free tea was a nice perk. Nice ambiance. Fair prices.

Heart Attack appetizer was delicious. I get this dish everywhere I go for sushi and their take is spot on.

My partner had the Loveland Roll, and although he's a weirdo who's not a big avocado fan, he thought the roll was delightful and would order again. He also got 2 tuna rolls. The tuna was a stack of thin slices rather than a thick piece. Tasty, but lost some textural pleasure.

I got The Diablo roll, which was all baked. It was not pleasant. The cooked spicy tuna, topped with cooked scallops was fishy and unbalanced. Maybe it just wasn't my bag. They were VERY nice about taking it back. I ordered the Front Range Roll to replace and it was amazing.
