Yummmm! Some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. The falafel was crispy & delicious - get some. We sat inside and enjoyed the festive decor. What a great place.

Habibi is an essential feature of the local community, with delicious Mediterranean food, excellent atmosphere, and exceptionally kind and hardworking people. Myself and my family have been coming here for years, and the folks here have always welcomed us with open arms as friends. I always, always recommend Habibi to others, and though I'm not in the Portsmouth area as often as I used to be, I always try to find the time to pay Habibi a visit when I return. Truly unforgettable.

Habibi mediterranean Café is the best restaurant there is in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The cuisine and ambience is like no other in New Hampshire. It is an intimate environment, but in the heart of Portsmouth, New Hampshire for those who are truly locals. On top of having the best spicy hummus, falafel wraps, Harissa sauce AND pizza! This family who owns Habibi has truly became my family. I hope all who can in the Portsmouth area can go enjoy their truly amazing food and please tell them Emily sent you. ❤

Hands down the BEST falafel sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. I've been eating falafel sandwiches for about 25 years now and have not had one that has been perfection in every bite. Everything from the chicken marinade, falafel, hummus, the bread itself. Even the lettuce and pickles were proportioned evenly throughout the meal. Habibi you got a customer for life now.

Delicious falafel wrap! Service was great and the food came out quick. Would definitely recommend this spot, can’t wait to go back and try more!!

Habibi's has an incredible atmosphere and menu. Had their lunch box special (available from 11am-4pm $8.99).The warm fresh pita sandwich was great and came with chips/soda/cookie (pepsi/lays no choice) which I didn't care for much. Would recommend sticking with just the sandwich and a Mediterranean appetizer in the future.

I travel for work a lot and try middle eastern food everywhere I go. This place was pretty good! The rice is flavorful. The chicken was so nicely spiced. But the best thing ever was the home made bread. Not to mention the women behind the counter, I assume was the owner, was nice and friendly. She just gave off a warm and inviting vibe. I wish I had the personality to sit and chat with her because I'm sure it would have been a great conversation over a great meal.

So GOOD. Sat outside. We had the lamb gyro, hummus with veggies, and vanilla rice pudding. Everything was really fresh. Can’t wait to come back!

The food is amazing! I was riding by and decided to stop by and grab a menu. Best decision! The food was so fresh and tasty . And the menu options are extensive!!! I will definitely be going there again! Very friendly and helpful staff too!

They did a very last minute catering for us for 30 people in 24 hours the food was incredible!! We had mixed vegetables, rice, tabouleh, hummus, mixed grill & chicken shawarma. Everyone at the party raved about the food. We can’t say enough good things about it, can’t wait to eat there again!

Used the outside seating tables which is dog friendly, beef Shawarma and chicken hawawshi - absolutely delicious. Will most definitely be back.
