Alex and Nathan are exceptional! I went in with a completely locked up phone seven minutes before closing. They were patient, took the time to get my phone fixed quickly, and I cannot say enough about how great they were.

I can’t express the amazing experience at The Verizon store on Lafayette road in Portsmouth. The man who waited on us Jordan Bizzocchi went way above and beyond and provided my brother and I the best customer service experience from any cellular store and quite frankly in general. He was nice EXTREMELY patient and beyond helpful. Was friendly and kind and literally spent over 2 hours answering every question we had and well as fixing the issues we had and just made for such an amazing experience. I’m so glad we went to this location and grateful for Jordan’s service. I’ve had not so great experiences at the other location and highly recommend anyone who needs help with anything to come to this location. Thanks again Jordan !

I have to admit, I was treated very well and the staff are knowledgeable about the products and were a huge help in setting up my new 🆕 phone 📱. We had issues trying to link 🔗 the phone 🤳 to my smart watch ⌚, but, we figured it out. The associate who I worked with, I don't want to mention his name because I don't want him to end up with unwanted "friends" on his social media accounts, helped me find discounts for my account and to apply towards my new 🆕 phone. I paid much less! He even gave me his cellphone number in case I had any questions and made sure my phone was accessing my vehicle! He put on the screen protector I purchased.

Within the first five minutes of me entering the Verizon store in Portsmouth New Hampshire, I realized that Ms. Savanna Poulin was likely the smartest person in the room. She listened to me and instantly understood just what I needed. Very polite, and knew exactly what to ask. She noticed just what I had from my old iPhone. She even informed me that my wife’s iPhone will stop working because of upgrade issues. She dug for all the discounts that I was eligible for while answering questions as we proceeded to get the IPhone 15 for my wife and I. Showed us all the available accessories for each phone. Even assisted with connecting to my car with onboard GPS and Calling. All the latest updates for the new phones were explained to me. I can’t say enough about my experience with her, she is very knowledgeable, and I am so glad that I had Savanna as the person who helped me in this process of getting phones. Now when I think of Verizon, I think of Savanna’s professionalism and the company that she represents.

My visit to Verizon was a most pleasant experience today. Jackson Sullivan went above and beyond in the excellent service he provided me. Jackson was able to connect my new iPhone to my car.
He then supported me by making a phone call to Verizon to resolve yet another problem I was struggling to resolve.
I am leaving feeling well cared for!

Nathan did an excellent job in assisting my husband and me purchasing new IPhones. Outstanding!!!

Great experience! My salesman's name was Jackson, i had called ahead of time and learned they didnt have the phone i wanted in stock. Jackson ordered the phone in the color i wanted to have it arrive at the store. When i came to pick it up, it was about an hour before closing during a December snow storm. Jackson made the process quick and simple after i had a bad experience at a different location. He was was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely return to this verizon location to work with Jackson again!

Chris Higgins the sales representative did an exceptional job explaining the options I had with my account and I purchased a S23 ultra and tablet. He did an excellent job answering ant technical questions I had. I would certainly go to him again when I am buying my next phone
