Cocina de Carlos

We love Cocina de Carlos!! We live in Columbus Ohio but when we're in town we make it a point to stop! We love the meal served inside a pineapple! The salsa is amazing as well! Fantastic atmosphere and decor and always good service! Highly recommend

The camarones cocktail is amazing, house margaritas go down smooth! Nice way to have a relaxing Sunday afternoon.

Simply fantastic. We have never had a bad meal there… everything is delicious! Our favorites are the Chimichangas Al Cabon or the Pineapple Don Charlie. The Texas margarita is also quite tasty.

Service is incredibly fast too!

Had the fried enchilada, it was amazing. The service was top notch. Ans the environment was very unique. Had a good time and left full. Both me and my girlfriend. With a tip $44. All around great experience.

My favorite place to eat! Highly recommend checking this place out. Their pineapple bowls are amazing and so are their margaritas! The tortilla chips are freshly made and the salsa is delicious! Not only is this my favorite Mexican restaurant but its my face restaurant in general.

This place....this place.....is absolutely AMAZING!!! Being an out of towner and first time customer I am in LOVE!!! This Lil slice of Mexican heaven is located in the cutest of building with other attached business's. From stepping out of the car the first thing you smell is deliciousness and it's the same when you leave. We came a a fairly normal dinner time and even tho the place had business it was not crowded or overly loud. The interior is rustic with exposed beams and woodwork. It gives an upscale feel without an upscale menu as well!! Everything we tried was better than anything I've ever ate an any other Mexican restaurant. We were seated quickly and given proper time to look over menu 😋 The refried beans are the best I've ever had. The whole experience was amazing and next time me and the hubby swing thru this will definitely be our stop 😋😍😋

Love the stuffed pineapple with shrimp, rice and beans served in a small tortilla shell very cute! All was delicious. Our waiter very nice, attentive.

Really great food, atmosphere and service! The menu has a decent variety and the margaritas were excellent. My family had a really nice time, although my daughter was disappointed the slide was out of service 😊

Fast service. Food was great! Service was good. Atmosphere a bit too loud and noisy. Could not hear my wife speak across the table from me. I hate to say we will not be back to this location, because of that difficulty. We will continue to go to Perrysburg location where atmosphere not so noisy.

Great place for fresh Mexican food. Chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. I got the Carnitas which had fresh jalapeños delicious. The entrance is thru the peddlers alley. Don't be like me looking thru the front window like a fat kid at a candy store.....

Great food, great service, great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends/family. Authentic Mexican dishes. Some foods have a little more oil than I'm used to but no complaints. Everything you order is good.

My go to Mexican restaurant. Creme jalapeno shrimp, chorizo chicken, pork jalapeno fajitas, Chile rellenos, and habanero cucumber margaritas are my favorites.

Great Mexican food! There’s always large amounts, fast service, unlimited salsa and chips as soon as you are seated at the table.

It's my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Toledo area. I've never been disappointed with a meal here. My go-to dish is any of the enchiladas, but most recently, I had the Enchiladas Verdes. They were excellent and probably my new favorite dish. I can't wait to return.
