Got a bacon egg and cheese bagel on my way to work today, and I’d be a monkeys uncle if it wasn’t the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. They must have been up late crafting it in the kitchen

Refreshing to finally go to a McDonald's where service was polite super fast the whole place was up to date facitly super clean
Only thing is their a little more pricey than other McDonald's probably because of the area it's in I'm guessing

It was great service, restrooms were very clean, very nice to sit down with family and talk and chit chat. I can't complain I'd give them a 5 star.

I was given a free meal at 24/Dutch Rd location due to glitch in their app. Most McDonald's stores in this area won't do this in light of the economy. It also kept their drive through line moving, a good strategy. Bravo!

Stopped by after hitting fort miges. So glad we did. First the manager this past Sunday James I think his name is. Very friendly great service and gave us a couple tips for a good sandwich next time we go to McDonald's. People, this place makes fries right. They were actually hot and salted just right. No McDonald's can seam to get fries right. Either they are salty and cold and soggy or crisp hot and no salt.

McDonald's you do a good job keep up the good work. Great coffee, breakfast was done very well.Service was good. No complaint from me. If you don't like the service then don't go there. We all need to remember to be respectful to each other. A little kindness goes along way.We are the only ones who can make life better it's in our hands. Think before you speak.We can stop the violence in the world with kindness and a smile.The Lord is watching.. Thank you for your hard work.

Fastest service I have had at the drive-thru. Food was very hot and fresh.

11:03 AM on 12/31/21 we had the nicest interaction with the blonde working at the food delivery window. She was so kind and used positive language as well as wishing us happy new year. She even quickly fixed a missed drink order we had with a smile. It was unprecedented service compared to what I have often experienced at a McDonald’s. She needs to be recognized for her positive attitude as a simple smile and positive attitude can be infectious.

This team works hard to provide amazing service. The food is standard McD's nothing special, always as expected. I have to say this is my favorite location because they are quick, accurate and friendly.

I worked a shutdown at the JM plant and are here a whole bunch and was very impressed. Some McDonald's are scary places to put your trust in having your food be eatable by the people working in them but this place is not one of them. It gets five stars and two thumbs up.

Used the McDonald's app and received a fish sandwich for .25. Love the savings. Everything tasted good and hot. Very happy with the service and was fast considering they were extremely busy. Good job to all employees working the lunch shift today.

Prices sure have gone up. But it was a pleasant experience. The young lady who took our order was delightful.

This McDonalds never seems to busy within the dining room when I have visited a handful of times, but it's modern and comfy dining room furniture make the experience that much better. Tucked away off the Anthony Wayne trail, it does pretty good without having any signage or bill boards calling it out. I've never had a bad experience here, and the place seems well maintained and cleaned.

Seriously, the best McDonald's I have been to in a while. While the fast food industry has been letting us down when it comes to customer service and poor quality food we have this one to give us hope. Lol for real though, I have been dashing all over Michigan and now down to Waterville. You cam imagine all the fast food I have been eating.

I always go here on my late lunch breaks at work. Bad habit! The food and service is the best of McDonald's in the Toledo area.

I don't mind waiting to get hot food . When your burgers don't melt the cheese . it's sad we want hot food not warm .
