Anthony was extremely helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my phone and ultimately helping me upgrade and get my new phone set up. I had to spend over an hour in the store but he was talkative and friendly the entire time.

Hunter was phenomenal to work with. My mom and I walked in with no clue what phones we wanted to get. Hunter immediately explained all of the options we had and was patient as we asked him endless questions. We haven’t gotten new phones in over 5 years so we were a little behind in all the new features and styles. It was a busy day in the store with the launch of the new iPhone and Hunter kept his energy up the whole time. He was very customer centered and went above and beyond for everyone that came into the store while we were there. We left feeling so grateful that Hunter helped us. We learned a lot and will definitely be recommending our friends and family to go to the Waterville location! Hunter deserves a raise!!!!!! In all the year’s we have been with Verizon, this was BY FAR our best experience. We will be customers for life thanks to Hunter!!!!

I’ve been to two of the Victra Verizon Authorized Retailers for the last two plan renewals and phone upgrades. The experience is so much better than the regular Verizon store I used to go to in Maumee. Much more pleasant and knowledgeable staff. In and out quickly and efficiently. Can’t say enough good. Worked with Hunter today upgrading phones on our business account. He was the epitome of great customer service and just absolutely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend you go see him next time you need to go into a Verizon store.

Anthony P was great and super knowledgeable in helping myself and my boyfriend trading in all of our devices and getting our new ones set up. He was also very personable, it was the best experience I've had at a Verizon.

I would highly recommend the Verizon store in Waterville, Ohio. Their manager, Hunter Wright, provides exceptional service. He’s extremely knowledgeable and is very patient with people (like myself) who are not the most tech savvy when it comes to things like smartphones.

I was out of town visiting Toledo and the staff at this location were friendly and professional. Hunter one of the sales people helped me with my IPhone issue and had me out the door in 10 minutes. Great people that I would highly recommend for any of your cell phone needs.

Dylan and Nick were simply the BEST!! I came in to buy my daughter a new phone, and ended up getting a new phone for myself as well..I deserved it! They were both very knowledgeable and searched to give me the best deals possible. Both very friendly and not at all pushy. Seriously the best experience I've ever had in a phone store. The workers are great at this store. Always very helpful. If the gentleman could sell my husband a phone their good at what they do.

Nicholas was fantastic. Handled multiple customers at one time without making anyone feel like they were second in line. Not an easy task. I would absolutely use this store again and would recommend it to anyone. Waterville location. Highly satisfied.

Usually, getting a new phone is as painful as going to the DMV. But my experience at the Waterville store has definitely changed my opinion! I was greeted promptly by Nick. The store was immaculate, service was fast, and everything I wanted was in stock! Nick was very efficient in transferring my data and info, and took the time to explain my options regarding services and upgrades. I highly recommend this store!

Thank you Rich for an amazing experience! He helped me upgrade one phone, buy another smartphone and open a line, and also hook me up with an awesome watch to help keep track of my little sister. By far my best experience. He explained every cost dollar by dollar and answered every question I had. Will definitely be going back.

Nick was the most helpful rep I have every interacted with at Verizon. Came in for a quick upgrade and ended up getting a better plan and amazing package deal on protectors. It’s worth the drive to Watervile, right near the highway. Highly recommended!!!

Shekinah was a great consultant! She helped me switch from my previous carrier so smoothly! We ran into a couple of issues with my previous carrier, but she stuck through it and didn’t stop until my current number was ported in and my phone was working! She is amazing and very patient! I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

Hunter was great and very knowledgeable. He was extremely friendly and quick. It’s refreshing to have excellent customer service!

Rich and Gabe were absolutely amazing! The unfortunate part is that their computer system glitched SO many times while these guys were trying to port our numbers over and ring everything up! They felt terrible and were so embarrassed. I was there for hours with them while they tried their best to get everything done right. Seriously wonderful employees but terrible technology. I’m still giving this review a 5 because the staff couldn’t have been better in this situation. Everything has now been resolved and I am thankful they could get it done.

Nick was wonderful. His customer service is excellent, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and He went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best deal. I would highly recommend this location.
