Fresh Plate Catering and Cafe

We hired Fresh Plate to cater food and beverages (both alcoholic and non), at our wedding of ~95 people including vendors, and we were thoroughly impressed. They managed to create a mouthwatering brunch assortment that looked gorgeous, was 100% gluten free, easily accommodated our vegetarian and vegan guests, and tasted amazing. They can also make some mean (flavored) mimosas; our parents are still talking about them over a month later! It was also super convenient that they provided linens, napkins, dish ware, and lots of other catering accessories that might be easy for a stressed out couple to miss. I would highly recommend them, and hope to taste their food again in the future.

We worked with Fresh Plate catering for our simple wedding of less than 50 guests and overall had a good experience working with Tracie and the Fresh Plate team and the food was delicious. There were some communication challenges along the way including coordinator turnover without a handoff and times when it was difficult to get in contact with the team but when we were in contact everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. There were a couple of things that we had to stay on top of and correct in the invoice/final menu before the wedding, but Tracie very quickly made those corrections. Brooke and the catering team were excellent and we would recommend Fresh Plate to a friend.

Tracie and her team catered our wedding in September, and everything was fabulous. Her communication was pretty good throughout the process, and I started planning way in advance - we did our tasting almost a year out. At the wedding, everything was fresh and ready to go right on time. The butternut squash lasagna in particular was incredible! The servers who passed appetizers were great, as well. I would absolutely recommend Fresh Plate Catering for your wedding.

My wife and I used Fresh Plate Catering for our Colorado micro-wedding this past weekend and let me tell you - they were AMAZING! Being from out of state and planning a wedding, we were nervous about how everything would turn out, but Fresh Plate put our worries to rest immediately. Everything from communication, to planning, to the actual food itself was flawless. Lindy, our catering coordinator, along with Tracy were a blessing to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and was in constant communication with us leading up to wedding weekend. Lindy even went out of her way to pick up fresh floral decor to put on our wedding cake! And as a last minute request, we needed extra bar service and they were able to make it work for us. I seriously can’t say enough great things about Fresh Plate, and everyone at the wedding kept saying how delicious the food and desserts were. They will not disappoint!

Tracie and her wonderful team have always been such a pleasure to work with. They most recently helped me with and event called Comedy for Critters at The Atlas Theater in Greeley, CO. We had the honor of choosing Fresh Plates for our wedding catering! Not only was Tracie prompt with email responses and friendliness, our tasting truly was delightful! Day of the wedding the staff was clean, neat and professional and constantly were checking in with us to see if they could do anything to make us more comfortable! The food itself was OUTSTANDING! Guests two weeks later are still asking who catered because of the fantastic quality of food! We highly recommend them for any event that you need delicious food for! I cannot say enough amazing things about Tracie and the team at Fresh Plate Catering. I was so nervous when I first set off to find a caterer for our wedding, but I knew from our initial phone call that Tracie was the right choice for our big day. She worked closely with us to create a menu based on our food preferences, budget, and her extensive experience. Tracie did an amazing job at managing our guest with Celiac disease and making sure there were plenty of gluten free options. From the appetizers to the dinner to the cake, everything was flawless. And the presentation of the buffet was beautiful and fit our theme perfectly. We received so many compliments on the food and service. We used Fresh Plate Catering for both the catering and bartending. Tracie is so friendly, easy to communicate with, and professional. I will definitely use Tracie and Fresh Plate Catering again for any event and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a delicious caterer.

Lori was incredibly accommodating. She gave us some extra fruit for my kids' grilled cheese, and even got me a cup of coffee (almost seems like she's been in my shoes before!)

I had the corned beef on rye, and it was delicious!

It truly feels like we were treated like family. We will be coming back!

We recently had Fresh Plate Catering at a wedding we hosted and they were phenomenal. Their staff handled everything so professionally and each one of them were so kind. We cannot suggest them highly enough for your upcoming event.

Tracie was our caterer for our wedding reception and we absolutely loved all of the food she and her team at Fresh Plate prepared for us and our guests. Everything was healthy, delicious, affordable, and we had tons of options. Tracie worked so well with our wedding coordinator, our cake bakers, and she helped us put out family prepared hors d'oeuvres during our cocktail hour. Tracie labeled all of our dishes- which was much appreciated by our guests with eating restrictions. To top it all off, Tracie’s face lit up when we asked her if she could make a Bolivian salsa that she had never heard of as one of our main condiments. She happily took my husband's family recipe and made it from scratch- such a huge hit with my in-laws! Tracie is easy to work with, she’s friendly, fun, and she makes such amazing food. We highly recommend Tracie at Fresh Plate!

I am pleased to have found this hidden gem in Loveland! The food was very unique and fresh tasting. The girl that took our money then went and made our food and she was really nice and helpful. It’s very small and cozy inside and if it were busy in there I’m sure it would be slow because of how small it is but I was perfectly happy! There are very few healthy (and tasty) restaurants around this area so this is a nice surprise!

We've worked with Tracie for a couple years catering a 300 person tech conference. We've been very pleased with the quality of the food as well as the staff interactions. Outstanding awareness of dietary restrictions. We've also been into the cafe a number of times and the food is always stellar in smaller quantities as well. :)

Came from Fort Collins and saw this charming little cafe around the corner and gave it a shot. So glad I did! Got the Apple Grilled Chicken sandwich and was blown away by the carefully crafted flavors. Will totally be visiting again next time I find myself downtown Loveland. Recommend!!

I had a sandwich here the other day for the first time. It was delicious! Today I just wanted to grab a quick cup of coffee in my refillable cup. They not only filled my cup with delicious coffee, they gave it to me for free because they were busy filling a catering order. I got exactly what I came for, in a quick, timely and friendly manner AND I got it for free. This place definitely has my vote! Thank you Fresh Plate!

Just a block and a half from our office downtown, Fresh Plate Cafe is our new favorite go-to for a quick, *delicious* lunch. Of the six sandwiches I have tried so far, both cold and paninis, all of them have been superb. Worth every penny.

Fresh Plate provided breakfast and lunch for our conference. There was a variety of food, taking into account different dietary needs. I enjoyed everything, especially the pumpkin and chocolate chip cookies!

Very welcoming, home like. Felt like visiting my mom's house being taken care of with persistance! Worth the trip and money. The woman gave me samples of new kombucha to try out while waiting and we talked about the new Loveland renovations. A fun delightful experience!
