I absolutely love this Starbucks! I have never had a problem with them. I gave them a $25.00 tip since they are always so polite and so generous. It doesn't hurt to show some appreciation from time to time. ❤ Keep up the good work! They always get my order correct, fast and friendly service! 👍🏻

today my husband and I picked up coffee and as usual the team at Starbucks was rocking it! They were making a million drinks a minute and not skipping a beat. They had smiles behind their masks and a great vibe in their step. Our drinks were delicious, as usual. I noticed a donation box at the front of their door for new toys for kiddos for the holiday season. This put a smile on my face and I'll be back with a toy. Starbucks is a great place to be and I'm happy to have it as my local coffee shop. Casey is my favorite barista! Not just because my name is Kasey 😉❤

Incredible, accommodating, efficient, and very friendly service - this is a great location :) Love their staff & obviously enjoy pairing the franchises’ seasonal pumpkin scone as well as their apple crisp macchiato!

My favorite location in Loveland, and my friend from the Estes Park store is now the manager! Big win for John AND me!

Just deleted a previous 5 star review after multiple frustrating experiences (former SSV here), but this time I decided to ask for a remake and Haley was incredibly helpful.

This place is so fast! It always amazes me at how quickly they get the long line of cars through their drive thru! The staff is so friendly and helpful when I'm not sure what I want or what would be a good type of milk substitute to try. Highly recommend.

Regular Starbucks chow and coffee, but nice people and atmosphere. Usually pretty fast too. Normally use drive up. Do love egg bites!

I bought a tall chocolate cream cold brew coffee today and as I was driving to my appointment, the lid popped off and the coffee went everywhere. I was literally dripping with ice cold coffee all over my clothes and car. Once I was finished with my appointment and on my way home, I decided to stop and get another cold brew since it was a new concoction that I wanted to try. The staff at the Starbucks gave me a free cold brew and apologized for the coffee that spilled all over me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at this Starbucks because they have always been very accommodating, professional, and friendly.

My favorite Starbucks!! Love the staff here! Nice atmosphere. If something isnt right - music for example, just ask if they would lower the volume. Always get my drink right. Nice cozy place to have quick bite to eat and have "Oh Yeah" the most "Bomb-Delish' Coffee on ice with my Wife!

I just want to give a shout out to Stewie (who I think was a manager). When I stopped in for a coffee the service was great and everyone there seemed happy to be there early on a Friday morning. I was most impressed by how Stewie talked to the team and encouraged them. It just stood out and isn't something you get to see/hear everywhere you go... and my drink was great, too.

This was my first time coming to this location and I just had to share how wonderful all of the staff were! The girl that took my order (I didn't catch her name) was so sweet and kind! My order came out lightning fast and everything was so clean and nice looking inside. As I was eating my dandwich on the patio i overheard a man ordering at the drive through and upon telling the guy working the window his order, he recognized the customer and greeted him by name! Such great customer service, keep it up guys!

Very fast, and the customer service is wonderful! The gal taking the orders is so incredibly pleasant in a genuine way, and everyone else is wonderful, too. It feels like they truly do want you to have a good rest of your day. Thanks for being a bright spot in my morning. :-)

These ladies are always so nice and welcoming. Just went in and saw a man treat them HORRIBLY! Through it all, they kept smiles on their faces and gave him excellent customer service even though he was being a total jerk. Always have great service at this location, sad to see them being treated that way! These ladies are awesome!

No complaints. Food and drinks were ordered ahead and made on time. Ready when I arrived. Orders were accurate and tasted great

Really great staff person was so helpful with my picky drink order right before closing! Not a huge Starbucks fan but she made my drink just like I asked. All with a smile and great attitude. Thank you. Wish I got your name!

I've never had a problem with them until today ...they handed me back my cookie crumble Frappuccino.... only it tasted like no coffee in it and looked more like a shake but they fixed it quickly with no questions.... I absolutely love Starbucks!!!😍

There are several Starbucks to choose from in Loveland but this one stands out. The coffee is always consistent at every location, so what makes this a standout? Easy ingress and egress to and from store Lots, lots of free parking, super friendly staff, clean, well stocked and not too crowded! A little farther from home but worth it!

This the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced! They are extremely nice and polite when taking your order. Also not that long of a wait to receive your order! I recommend this specific Starbucks!

Very nice staff!! Drive thru normally has a few cars, but they are fast there! I didn't have to wait long at all!! My hot chai tea was amazing!!!
