McDonald's

Understaffed (only two souls) during the 7:00am breakfast rush but gallant effort from only two workers managing, working the drive through, running the front counter and doing all the cooking. Most would have locked the dining area and focused on drive through only. These were two talented, hard working ladies with no quit in them. Very heroic! The food was perfect!! Very Impressed. Today my last delivery was in Robertsdale. Took my lunch break at this McDonald's location. Everything was great. Clean dining room, restroom, and parking lot. Friendly staff. Thanks, y'all!

Food always fast and several times been great. Hot fresh. This last round fries needed attention but I think was just off day, wasn’t real busy!.

I went to this store because it said they had frappés and my McDonald’s didn’t. I got there and they didn’t have them, but the staff was so nice. I gave my feedback to McDonald’s because it was an app communication issue, and the GM called me to follow up and he was so kind. Thank you guys!!

The ladies at this McDonald's were so nice to us. The younger one took time from her break to help when she noticed I had a hard time at the kiosk

Great great service from the morning crew today probably the only McDonald's I have been to where the shake machine was not down but all in all very great service

Friendly drive-thru service and accurate order. The drive-thru set-up is a bit peculiar ... you order, pay at the second drive-thru window, then pull around to the front of the restaurant and wait for someone to walk out your order ... why not have the order paid for at the first drive-thru window and fulfill the order at the second drive- thru window like most other McDonald's restaurants? The line of cars at the front entrance causes congestion and can be challenging to navigate for larger vehicles.

Had a team of 20 + 3 coaches. Everyone was so nice and food was served fast. Best McDonalds I’ve been to.

Understaffed, but the staff present was amazing and helpful. Food was wonderful!! Personally as one whom has celiac disease, this McDonald's has offered one of the best gluten-free friendly cheeseburgers I have experienced at a fast food restaurant!!!! Would highly recommend!!!

The manager, Jasmine was above and beyond courteous about fixing our food, and brought out our remade meal herself to make sure everything was to our liking. Very sweet and wonderful customer service and all while training a new team of employees.

The crew is always friendly and cordial. The food is usually fresh and hot. They are very quick to fix any errors or problems that may arise. All in all this is a pretty good place to go. Only downside to it is that if you have little ones this is one of the few in the chain that do not have a play area for the kiddos. Otherwise it's good food , good people , fast , friendly service , and a break from your travels with several gas locations nearby.

I just want to say everyone in that restaurant was cool no one had a attitude it was fulfilling to be indulged with the energy the manager Elizabeth was more than helpful I would say the crew cared more about everyone's needs than just a paycheck thank you guys

Elizabeth is the best worker I’ve come in contact with at this McDonald’s! She’s great at what she does, and does her job with a willing, kind, and happy heart! I truly think she deserves some sort of promotion.

It was one of our rest place after exiting the highway. Had couple of burgers fries and cold drinks . Nice place.

We ordered 2 plain latte at McDo in Daphne but they added vanilla. We stopted at McDo in Loxley and they kindly replaced them for 2 excellent plain latte for free! Wonderful!

Great service this morning was very happy with the manager she was happy and exciting 😀 when she took our order had a great McDonald's experience

Forgot every hash brown in the order, but still better service than a year ago! Better attitudes, good food, just make sure to check that it's all there.

Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes in drive thru. Service was great and order correct. Although the eggs were overcooked, the hotcakes, sausage and English muffin were delicious and hot crunchy hash brown was great!!
