Jack's Loxley

Kip was the best front counter helper.
This was our first trip to jacks and he made it amazing, from helping with ordering and letting us know the specials to upselling us on handdipped milkshakes. His customer service was above and beyond anything we expected and we will definitely be back! Thank you Kip!

I had a wonderful breakfast experience. Employees welcomed me to Jacks at register. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was able to place my order, pay and walk out in less than 5 mins walking in to order. Being the early bird paid off. No line, fast and fresh!

First of all I am originally from the Birmingham area where Jacks is very well known. So I know what Jacks is suppose to be like. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast at the new Loxley Jacks a couple days ago. I placed my order and paid for it and asked for my receipt. I noticed that they had overcharged me. When the other lady handed me my food I told her that I was overcharged. She looked at my receipt and saw that the other young lady had rung it up wrong. She immediately fixed my problem and apologized for the issue. I took my food and left. The food was great. I am so glad that we have a Jacks in Baldwin County. All that being said folks please understand that the employees that they are able to hire has in some cases never seen a Jacks let alone worked at one. It will take them a little time to get all the wrinkles ironed out. Please be patient. Patience and common sense are very uncommon in this world we live in. Give them some time and I’ll assure you that you will be happy there is a Jacks close by.

Never been to a Jack’s before and this one just open not far from my house and everything was to be expected. Everything was clean. Service was good, the burger and fries were good as well. Look forward to trying the rest of the menu items out in due time.

I had jasmine she was so nice! And full of energy! I've order here only online and it was my first time going inside and it was an awesome first experience! Thank you jacks and Jasmine! (Hope I spelled it right 😂)
I couldn't make a new review so I wanted to continue on this one, we ordered online for a pick up, they gave our order away to someone else, then after we finally got our food 20 mins later they gave us only half of our food, got all four drinks but not all the food, we went in and the girl at the front seemed lost, there was also a gentleman who was waiting before we even got our food who was waiting to order, about finish his whole shake and still hasn't even gotten to order, finally got all the food but they didn't wanna make the double cheeseburger and just asked for a big jack and still didn't get our other fri either

Mc Donald's is going out of business now that Jacks is in Baldwin County (Loxley) perfect service, food and atmosphere. Try a handmade shake, many flavors. A+

I love Jack's. I drove 45 minutes to get there. Of course being the new kids on the block, the number of customers was extreme. Worth the wait. Food was great!

I have been to Jack's twice as I live only one town away and I have absolutely loved everything I have ate I have no complaints. Jacks is awesome in every place and so is my boyfriend and my best friend as well.

Long lines about a 15 minute wait in the Drive-Thru but it was well worth it Jack's is probably my favorite fast food restaurant chain I missed it so much since I moved to South Alabama I'm so glad they finally got a restaurant here in Baldwin County

This is the first fast food restaurant I got a hot and fresh burger and my fries was very hot . can you'll add tater tots to your menu.

Food was delicious, fries a little over salted, but still delicious, great service even though they were slammed

Great food, great price, great staff. The only reason it's at 3.3 stars right now is because people trying to keep all the good food to themselves.

My wife had the chicken strips dinner and I had the Jax burger which is a double. Both were really really good.

My husband and I tried Jack's tonight for the first time. We were not disappointed! Looking forward to coming back
