I came here trying to find my husband's grandmother a birthday gift not really knowing her style and was kinda confused about larger sizes. Ms. Dounia was so personal and exceptional with her customer service that I wanted her to come work with me! She is a Great asset to the Store. She told me where in the department store to shop, she told me that the size I was looking for would be between 1X & 2X. She gave me her opinion to help me decide on what to get for her, and she even hung the clothes up for me and gave me a box (knowing it was a gift). I truly appreciated her that day! Ms. Dounia was amazing, and because of her, I will be coming back!

Very clean, well lit. I was finally greeted by an employee after walking past 3 others as I was stepping out into the mall itself. The Backstage at Macy's could use some tidying. Overall a typical Macy's.

Mandy, the girl working in the cosmetics/ perfume department is really professional and loves her job! I saw her handle a phone order over the phone where it was hard to hear the customer and she was very patient and professional. She then happily helped me wrap a dior perfume that I had purchased from another associate that wouldn’t help me and wasn’t as professional as Mandy

I came to pick up my order, and it was sent back. A gentleman helped me and reordered again, keeping the amazing price. The cologne is overpriced, but I find nice things

I was very impressed with the condition of the store. It was really beautiful. I guess it's easy to maintain with no customers. Every time I go into a Macy's , it's empty.

We went there to find a sport coat & 2 pair dress pants *& socks for my husband. We really liked the styles/colors. The lady that helped us was very patient and kind. We had a wedding to go to this weekend. Their prices were a little higher but the quality was much better than the other stores we visited that day. Overall we were really impressed how the store was set up.

Love macys but there never is enough people to check you out, I have to walk around looking for someone. The staff is very helpful, store is clean and they have clothes for e every size.

The food and the service was great. We started with the watermelon infused iced tea, they had a nice variety of infused teas. The watermelon was more tart than sweet which was suprising and very refreshing. The Thai shrimp was comparable to bang bang shrimp but came with a nice soy ginger dipping sauce. The swordfish was thick and blackened and so juicy and delicious. I had the chicken gorgonzola Flatbread and it was also delicious. The complimentary breadsticks were hot and fresh, we needed a refill. YUM! The smoked old fashioned had a beautiful presentation and tasted great.

Went to return a Xmas present that arrived broken, a department sales rep was so helpful and friendly we ended up purchasing a Cuisinart coffee maker that he mentioned was on sale. Great sales rep! Great store!

I like that I can order online and pickup in sto. The pickup spot is conveniently located on the first floor. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

First time visiting this location/store after the pandemic and I enjoyed the visit. Plenty of clothes selection for men, women, children. Good customer service.

I love Macy's! Always done to help you when needed with mind and courteous staff.

I love how clean this store is. Most department stores feel run down but all Macys are well kept. I also love that they are including Toys R Us into their stores. What a great store from my childhood.

I spent $40 on 6 nice ornaments for my Christmas tree. They were 60% off. I am not sure how I would justify this cost if they were not on sale. I think they turned out great. Definitely for the upper class.

Macys backstage was great for my mom and she found some great cheap stuff.
The perfume selection is amazing and just the selection of things is fun to shop through

My husband bought me the best Christmas outfit without any salespeople to assist. They said they weren't allowed to help the friday after Thanksgiving day... really?

Needed a dress for Easter for a production that I'm doing and Macy's came through. Absolutely love this dress it looks wonderful on it feels great and it was on sale 65% off I paid $10.

I would like to give Ms.Catherine at the resister212 for 5 ⭐ at her service check out she helped me to saved a lot of money on using Marcy card and get me more convenient whenever I am shopping
