Our Place Dunedin

During our Clearwater beach stay we decided to have breakfast other than the beach. We read the reviews and stopped in for a late breakfast. Well we visited twice. The second time for lunch. They have all menu items breakfast, dinner available all day. Chatting with our server they have new owners that just keep making positive changes! The food was absolutely amazing! Pancakes were light and fluffy, French toast was delightful and the lunch items were spot on. The club sandwich was overflowing with freshly cut ham and breast meat! The burgers are a half pound and both time’s everything was just perfect! My mom had the crab cakes and she was very impressed. This place exceeded our expectations all around! Thank you for a great meal and experience! YUMMY!

My daughter and I enjoyed our first time at this lovely diner. The s’mores French toast, waffle royale, eggs, bacon, sausage- all amazing. Prices were sweet too. But the most wonderful thing of all was our sweet server Rose. 🌹

We love this place. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Never had a bad meal or dessert. The food is fresh, homemade and delivered with pride. They're always accommodating, even this busy Valentine's evening 💜

Great breakfast spot. Lots of options. Good and fast service. Delicious food. Generous portions for the price. Our breakfast features the peanut butter and Nutella French toast which was absolutely incredible. The country fried steak was another winner. Will be back.

My wife loved her Country Fried Steak with potatoes and I enjoyed the Grilled Pork Chops. Our waitress was brand new and friendly. The manager checked on us and we were tempted to try the desserts before we left. It was too cold for outside this evening, but the area was clean. This did look like a family atmosphere.

The food is great, especially the liver & onions. Great service and good atmosphere.

Spiro is our hero! My dad and I have a great time going here every Sunday after church. Feels like a big family. Love everyone and the food is fabulous! Affordable too.

My favorite diner in the whole area. The only surprises are when I take roses to the ladies on holidays.

Local Dunedin restaurant serving a great variety of dishes including seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items. It's the type of food place that's very convenient when you are feeling undecided and can make a last minute decision thanks to the menu variety.

Place is clean and has newer furniture, service was great. Parking can be tricky when the place is busy.

I like getting brunch at different places in the area with my fiancé and this one was great. The food was delicious and service was prompt, even on a busy Sunday morning. This place has a huge menu and something for everyone. We both enjoyed our meals: chicken fajita omelet (photo) and country fried steak.

We never actually dined in here but we order from here all the time. Their food is quality, delicious, affordable and great portions.

We got an omelette and Triple Decker Club today! We couldn't be happier.

Sarah provided excellent service, and the kitchen staff prepared a wonderful breakfast. This is a hidden jewel, and it's sure to be a come back spot for us.
Our visit last night, we were served by Mia. We had the fish and chips, and Mia did a wonderful job serving us. She showed remarkable skills as she handled a challenging customer's demands. This is Dunedin's hidden jewel. This was our third visit, and I had to add to this review.

My husband and I loved Our Place! We were hesitant about going since it was an hour until closing, but we were welcomed inside, and the food was hot and delicious! We both got the breakfast bowls. Marissa, our waitress, was excellent. We will definitely come back for more!

**UPDATE Just had the Fried Chicken....Hell yea brother! It takes a little longer to make and its so worth it! You will not leave hungry and its some of the best I ever tried...you will thank me later!

Granny's biscuits & gravy is excellent...one of the best I've had in a long time! All the sides were spot on and cooked perfectly. My better half had a patty melt and said hers was awesome as well. They had great coffee too...we will be back!

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would, food, food quality, cleanliness, staff was magnificent, very fast, helpful service!! Food was priced well, portion size great, BEST Onion rings ever had in my life!! Wife had all-you can eat Cod, she raved about it !! all this and didn't have desert ! they have bakery products, deserts look delicious, next time and sure won't be dissapointed..If you can get to this place, GO!! it is well worth the trip ...

My husband and I like coming here. The food is always delicious. Today my husband had the steak and eggs. He says it’s the best he’s ever had. I had the California Omelette with cheese, spinach, tomatoes and avocado. Fabulous. Our server, Diego, was great. He rounded out the whole experience. The food and service is the best!

Love this place! Great down home good. Variety of choices, fresh desserts daily. Definitely an asset to Dunedin. Also, they are 24 hour which is soooo nice for those of us who work crazy schedules, but want a good hot meal.

We had some good breakfast here. We ordered the Dunedin special, the cinnamon french toast, and pineapple upside down pancakes and all we're delicious. They obeyed strict social distancing and practiced keeping everything clean. Overall a great experience.

New owners? Food still great 👍👍👍. In fact, I will say the lasagna is even better. But, they need more servers. Long wait for food 😁 Broccoli and cheese soup was OUTSTANDING 😋

My husband and I came in Friday afternoon for brunch. Rose was our waitress and was absolutely amazing!!!! we end up getting a fantastic breakfast we were greeted by Marissa who along with rose made the entire experience feel like home we definitely will return in the future the food was absolutely amazing and the price was great
