No one was in the lobby so service was fast

Great ice cream! Only place in the area that we've found that has great hard ice cream! Pressing up to the glass to see and choose which flavor is way more fun than plain ol soft serve! Plus! Coffee and donuts!!

Abby makes the best drinks thanks! There's another lady who remembers I always like my receipt I just forget her name but thank you to her as well, yall make my mornings and my days brighter

I have been coming here for many years. It is a really busy location for a few reasons. The biggest is the quality of product. Which is excellent. A close second is service. If you are in a lot? You are called by name..they remember what you like and keep it in stock. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh. So are the pastries. You would think DD having fresh coffee would be a given? You would be wrong sadly. But this one? Delivers on the promise.

My favorite place. I go there at least once, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day! Raj and Samantha keep things running smooth, my coffee is always on point and fresh, whether hot or cold! If coffee isn't your passion, they do serve ice cream, donuts and other tasty items!

The coffee is always good, and the line moves fast! The only issue with this place is the parking lot which easily gets jammed. Also, people entering from the east side of the parking lot are always trying to cut in front of people who have been waiting in the drive thru line longer. I have seen tempers flare many times at this drive thru because of the cutters. I think they should close off access to the drive thru from the east side.

Awesome. They make my visit merry. I get exactly what i order. There was a time i tried a new flavor, and decided i did not like it. They were kind enough to make me a new one.

Went through the drive thru here because I was craving an extra large black coffee. I thought that the coffee and the service were both pretty good. Nothing exceptional, but good enough to satisfy my expectations. The coffee tastes like typical Dunkin' coffee. I like that Dunkin' has a 24 oz extra large size for when you just want as much coffee as possible in one container. What more could I want?

Food is great. Service is awesome. Come on over.

This place is very clean has very good service. It is busy all the time. And it's worth the wait.

Only locations I will go to in the area are Olympia Fields and this location. If going for pastry... Go in the morning for both locations. Coffee is great here first thing in the morning when there is a high turnover. If it is middle of the day, they have a tendency to let it sit longer and you may end up with burnt coffee even flavorings can not mask.

This is my favorite DD to go to!! I typically have fast service every visit and they are slightly cheaper (a few cents) than other DDs. I've never had a bad coffee from here!!

This location usually has really fresh hot coffee. This visit the coffee tasted old and bitter. I will probably visit again in hopes it is better time.

Best Dunkin in Chicago Heights area. BEST ONE. They know how to make GOOD coffee. The know me and know how to make my coffee. Forever a customer. 😌
