McDonald's

Whenever we come to this McDonald’s it’s like the food is always made fresh and fast. The employees can be nicer but they are just doing their best I suppose since it does seem to always be busy here. The parking lot and inside of the restaurant is always clean.

Fantastic I love this a great place to purchase a car they work with you the try very hard to keep you happy Anthony Adams is a fantastic sales consultant I will all ways buy a car from him hats off to GERALD NISSAN CHEAP AND PRETTY NICE CARS GOOD SERVICE GOT TO LOVE THIS PLACE

I like McDonald's different menus they give you price options the service was a little slow but I like the atmosphere. There's something for everyone at McDonald's

Every time I go in the morning, the AM crew is so nice to me. They always smile and treat me really nice even when the line is long and you can tell they’re tired. I honestly love the staff. If it wasn’t for them, I probs wouldn’t even go to McD’s so often lol. But when I see it’s THE crew working, I know they gonna get it right! Love you guys!!!

Got a large ice tea and was impressed with the service. The place was spotless!!! Whoooo!

i still like that lunch is at 10:30 and orange juice still in a cup my line of french fries and with a side of mc chicken sandwiches but i some days need a soft drink.. thankz mcdonalds

Nice service and staff was fun to be around. They were playing with my grandchildren. Family friendly.

This is one of the few that I can say that they try to make you good food. I haven't had a basic burger this good before from a McDonald's, and they're able to handle odd orders, such as a group of two cars being on the same order.

Lots of people there to help to find what you're looking for. Love this store. Lots of canning supplies.

Very nice staff. Goes fast during the mealtime rushes. Haven't had any issues. Tasty carbs we all guiltily crave. I walk here from home close by often. Free wifi. Playplace is clean. If you need socks to play, you can buy them from the cashier. Remodeled frequently so it's always clean and attractive. Great for some family, chill, meal or even study time.

Outstanding, very impressed! I went at a very busy time. I believe I was the 4th car behind the speaker, guessing 4 cars in front, then it also has a 2nd ordering lane 5 cars.. The line moved seamlessly, barely had enough time to get exact change ready. At the 2nd window there were 3 women there talking.... And still doing an awesome job! From the time I got in line and turned out onto the main road .. 13 minutes! Wow... Other places can't compete

This is a pretty good McDonald's. Recently I have begun using the McDonald's app to order. After ordering, you sit in a designated parking spot and wait for them to bring out your food order. Orders usually come up quick here and the staff moves reasonably fast and are polite. This location has an inside play world for kids.

I went through the drive thru pretty fast. Order was taken as I drove up and had my food within 5 minutes. Only downside the drive thru is trying to get in the line from Sauk trail road.

That was the best service that I've ever received at McDonald's! Honestly, I was impressed with the service, the readiness, and quality of the food!! Fresh food, even fresh service which is always refreshing it was just a breath of fresh air Ba Da Ba Ba Bah, I'm loving it!

Very clean and fast service. If the place always has a line in the drive thru take your lazy butt inside. Obviously they're doing something right if it's crowded.

The McDonalds at Sauk Trail in South Chicago Heights has recently upped their game. They now have two drive-through lanes and have quicker service - they are even better with getting orders done correctly. The occasional short-term menu items helps broaden the menu from burgers and fries. I actually order the kids meal - hamburger, just enough fries to satisfy and healthier choices: apples, juice, yogurt, and a toy to pass along to Steger Intermediate Center's Cardinal's Nest of fun items which the children can 'buy' with good behavior 'cash.'
