I felt so lost when I went to the store yesterday. I don't know much about technology, the young man working took his time and explained everything very well for me and helped me get the best deal. I've had Metro for 5 years and love the internet speed, hotspot, amazing cameras on my phone and affordable payments that I have always gotten.

Ms Rhonda at the harker heights location assisted me over the as I only have a shirt lunch break, was very knowledgeable and patient with me and was able to help with my problem in less than five minutes! This was if course after the store the phone was purchased from gave me the run around. Rhonda truly made my day!! Thank you again.

There's always 2 sides to a story. Both reviews above are false as both purchased phones from other state or store. The problem did not originate from this store. Store representatives were willing to help and do whatever they could at the store level but the demands from these customers were not something that could've been handled at their level. I can understand why that could be perceived as "not willing to help" even when that is clearly not the case.

Come visit us and see for yourself. You will be surprise with the service and money you save compared to your current provider.

Best experience i had at any MetroPCS store. I understood some issues are out if their control but they were able to help me out with everything else! Staff is friendlyy and knowledgeable. They also were able to activate a used MetroPCS phone that another dealership said I couldn't that was located on Fort Hood rd. Take your business here if you can.

The employee was really great at explaining everything. Husband got a new phone so hes really happy.
